  1. create a self-check in option?

    It would be nice for when clients arrive to an appointment to be able to check in from their phones to let the therapists know they have arrived for an appointment

  2. Sync Location with Availability.

    When adding an appointment from the Staff Availability, have the appointment Location flow when the appointment is being created. Saves from human error and a click.

  3. Flag the last in person visit

    CMS is now requesting an in-person visit within certain time frames for those who are doing regular telehealth visits.

    Is there a way we can flag this time line in Procentive so we can make sure we are following the rules?

    Waiting List in Appts - sortable
    It would be great to be able to sort using the column headers in the waiting list to be able to more quickly find clients who've been on the waiting list the longest when an appointment becomes available.

  8. Be able to compare more than 1 day for staff appointment calendar

    When comparing schedules between practitioners in order to schedule an appointment without conflicts, it only shows one day from each. It would be nice to compare weeks.

  10. Staff meetings being inadvertently deleted from all schedules

    Creating a feature to lock a group/staff appointment in the Appointment Module that can only be changed/edited by the creator of the meeting would be helpful. We frequently will have staff delete a group meeting if they are not able to attend, which deletes it from all staff's schedules. If there was a way to prevent this from happening it would help to prevent a lot of frustration that comes about due to scheduling conflicts when this happens.

  12. Appointment Log Details

    Within the "log" portion of the appointments tab, under the "details" section, it only indicates 2 details, "Appointment created" and "Appointment modified." We are wondering if it is possible to have the detail more specific in that when we mark that the client has arrived in the appointment, we want to log to reflect that specific detail. Instead of it just stating "Appointment Modified" we would like it to state "Client has arrived"

  13. Automated Appointment Reminders Need to Be Customized & Used in Every Program, Not Just Used By 1 Program

    We have different automated appointment reminders that the different programs in our agency need to use and having the text be standard and only usable for one program, but not the others will not work.

    We need to be able to customize each appointment reminder to each program, otherwise one program monopolizes the entire feature and our other three programs can't use it.

  14. Client Portal scheduling beyond the appointment window issue.

    We have set a limitation on how far out a client can set an appointment in the future (i.e. 2 or 3 months). This avoids a client booking out weekly for a year, and then dropping therapy the following month. However, when they schedule through the Client Portal, despite the fact a client can not actually schedule beyond that limit, there is nothing that tells the client that they did not actually book that time 3+ months out.   16. Warning when attempting to duplicate scheduling of a client the same day and time of another scheduled appointment.

    Provide the ability to receive an error message when a client is being scheduled for an appointment the same day and during a time the client is already scheduled for with another individual/group appointment. Currently you receive a warning message that indicates the client has other appointments that day, but does not specify that the time you are trying to schedule is already taken.

    When you have clients seeing multiple counselors within a given day overscheduling the client for the same time creates confusion and frustration. An error warning would save time for schedulers and providers, along with creating less…

  18. being able to change the regarding txt to apply to all appointments or just this one

    In the appointment window- the white box labeled regarding. I would like to be able to put information in there and be able to choose to have it apply to this appointment only or to all appointments scheduled for the client.

  19. convert central time into correct time zone

    Please make it so the correct time zone is shown when a client cancels an appt. Currently, the CST is shown. We are in the MST zone. This makes it tricky to track when a client should be charged for a cancellation within 24 hours of their appointment, and when they cancelled more than 24 hours prior to their appointment.

  20. Client self-scheduling

    Could an option be added so that a client cannot schedule/request an appointment for the same day? For example, the client can only see appointments that are available 24hrs out from the time that they are looking at available appointments?

    This is a common feature in other EHR platforms that offer client self-scheduling and it ensures there are no last minute surprise appointments. It creates more work to notify a client that the requested appointment will not be honored if made the same day it was requested than it is to not have it available as an option.
