  1. Easier way to view Releases of Information

    Suggestion to add a drop down option in the "Type" field in the Clinical/Charting module. The option would be entitled "Release of Information" so all ROI's can be viewed together.

  3. Signature features

    Since the signature box dates the signature why not eliminate the date box?

    Move the save button near the signature code box.

    Eliminate the pop up box that asks if I really intend to sign.

    Move the audit ready button near the signature box.

  4. Ability to Repopulate Mass Group Note Template

    When you create a group note it initially populates with all clients in the group for ease of completion. Therapists often initiate a note and partially complete the group notes with the need/desire to return to the note later, however, once the note is saved, it separates into individual client notes with no way to repopulate as a mass template for the therapist to work from. It would be extremely helpful to have a way to return to the mass group note template.

  5. episodes of care

    Use of ‘episodes’ allow the user to see a client record for a specific episode of care, or time period during which the client received services, as opposed to the entire clinical record. When a client is discharged from all programs/services, that episode essentially closes. If the client returns, a new episode is created. The client still only has one client number/client file, but all of the clinical documents and client record details are captured for and stored within the respective episode.   6. supervisor

    Please create a setting we can turn on that Not bill a service line until both the clinician and supervisor have signed a document. We have audit ready turned on but that does not require both signatures, the supervisee can check audit ready and there is no stopping from it billing.

  7. Organizing clinical documents

    Organize clinical charting documents according to use. Not just alphabetically. Have the option to change the list of documents available to us according to how we use them in our own agency. Move items to top or bottom. Put new intake paperwork all together, move less used documents to the bottom or behind the scene for future use but not daily use, etc.

  8. Add Clinical Charting Link to NewCrop

    Please add the link to clinical charting back into the new medication module NewCrop. It was available when the medication module was Dr. First and was very helpful to flip back and forth from procentive clinical charting to the medication module.

  9. Group Note Enhancement

    When adding a group note through clinical charting or in general, the client roster does not alphabetize to the clients, however adds them on how they are added to the group when getting to the group notes. When adding client's from the roster they are alphabetized but when going to add the note they are then unalphabetized and put in the order they are added to the group roster.

  11. Clinical charting feature

    It would be helpful if Procentive could reinstate the "Select All" option in the client charting module. This not only saved time when having to fax a client's record but also allowed us to quickly pull up the whole record in a PDF and then search for specific clinical material using Control-F in the PDF.

  13. Emailing/Kiosking Forms

    When a clinical document is sent through kiosk or kiosk to email, it would be great if the option that shows up at the bottom to click Next was changed to Submit instead. Right now, the client clicks on the link to get into the form and then at the bottom they have a Next button which really submits the form. It would make more sense for the person completing the form if the button said Submit instead of Next.

  15. Intake/Diagnostic Assessment

    Clinical/Charting, WorkFlow

    Our intake staff completes an intake form with/by the client and/or guardian. It would be nice to have the option of these entries to autopopulate or somehow transfer information into the DA form. This benefits the client in repetitive questions than necessary and is efficient for clinicians.

  17. Public Templates

    We would like to request the ability to create/save PUBLIC templates to be permissions based.

    Preference would be if staff could only save private templates for themselves, which would help ensure the public templates that are being created are being done at a supervisory level.

  18. Generate info to the Clinical Summary

    The Clinical Summary in the Diagnostic Assessments does not generate a summary: Gather the information written in the various psychosocial history fields even though it displays the dropdown menu option to do so. In order to create a summary, it is necessary to copy and paste from each field i.e. education history, family history etc., onto a blank word document then copy and paste the summary back onto the DA document...

  19. Incomplete documents tab

    With previous ehr, one thing that I heavily relied on is a tab they had called “incomplete”. If I were to start a service and not sign the service it would go into he incomplete documents tab. Now, using procentive, if I start a document and not finish it, I have to rely solely on my memory to remember what I started and where its located.

  20. Add Time

    Is there a way that the Link to Add Time could be selected by default when setting up a new staff? We have to go through the process for each staff, which is a pain. Seems like it would be way easier to either ignore the time add feature if you don't need it, or uncheck the box.
