new message window not staying open
If I open a new message and go to a different module to get information to include in the message, the message disappears and I have to start over. GRRR!

Email
It would be nice if you could integrate with email accounts have the ability to email in/out of Procentive.

Ticket editing
We would like our tickets sent within our agency to have the same restrictions as tickets sent to Procentive. Currently, staff may edit the Title and Description at any time - regardless of whether or not they created the ticket. This can cause confusion when attempting to get things corrected by staff - if the original ticket information is able to be edited by someone other than the sender. Thank you!

thera-LINK messaging feature added to integrated option
It would be helpful to have access to the 'messaging' option that thera-LINK utilizes on their site (for clinicians to communicate securely with clients at any time, in addition to the 'chat' feature that is available during sessions) within the integrated option that thera-LINK and Procentive have developed. At this time, the messaging feature is only available if you have thera-LINK separately from Procentive - it is not offered in the integrated option.

Saving Client Messages
It would be helpful if the messaging module had the capability to save messages to/from clients to the client’s record or associate them with the client’s file vs having to duplicate communication exchanges or copy paste. This would help fulfill ethical and legal requirements of saving all correspondence with clients.

archiving messages
It would be great if there were an easier way to archive messages than the current open-each-one-and-check. A method as exists for email would be far preferable.

Attaching messaging
Is it possible to be able to attach a fax to the client/payer from messaging the same way as we can from the fax queue instead of only the option to attach to clinical or documents? In documents, you have to resave then go to client/payer to upload manually. Extra steps.
I have attachments/examples but don't see a place to upload them like in ticketing here.1 vote -
Ticket Module Unwieldy!
The ticketing system is very unwieldly and confusing. It takes way too much time to make sure all the steps were followed. It should follow more of a messaging model.

Messaging on client dashboard
Could Procentive add Messages to the client dashboard to provide quick access similar to Tickets?

Lack of sensitivity on clicking to open a message
It would be great if messages would open with a single (or even double-click) rather than having to click 15-20 times to get a message to open.

Messaging show all Names when Replying All
I wish when we would do a reply all, that it would show all the names!

searching for closed ticket
It would be great if closed tickets could be searched for by words in the subject line. If I know I did something with the help of Procentive, but it was months ago, and I don't remember how, I would like to search for it. The only available search options are not useful.

reply all
It would be wonderful to have a "reply all" option. If I send a message to several people, and one responds, that one needs to add the other addressees to the reply so everyone sees the response.

Ticket Window
Is there a way that when you create a ticket or save a ticket that the ticket will close so you know that it has been saved? Often times I copy what I have entered in the ticket so I have it, click the "X" to close it, then go back into the tickets to see if it is there and if my comment has saved. Thank you!

Fax window remain open
It would be nice if the fax window would remain open and allow us to update a client profile while having the fax open to view. Currently, I have to either save the document then reopen it in order to then go into the client profile to update the info. Just an idea
