  1. Show Multiple Emails in Client Detail Report

    When clients have multiple emails listed in the phone tab, it would be great to see all of these in the client detail report view. Currently, only the primary email shows. Having a table similar to how multiple phone numbers are displayed in the client detail report would be helpful for staff who only have this view in the client module.

  3. Verification Form Enhancements

    Here are the items I would like to be added to the verification form:
    Preferred name
    Gender Identity
    Sexual orientation
    A release signed by the client for medical billing data related to the claim: the signature date on that (I did see that does pull onto the client detail, but would be too much for the purpose we would use the client verification form)
    Race
    Ethnicity
    Preferred Language
    The current medication under the medical tab if that could pull in
    Custody under the Misc. tab the drop-down

  5. client alert

    Is it possible to set up an alert to pop up on certain clients before scheduling or when opening their chart?

    Times this would be helpful:
    -generally increase communication between staff on important information needed with specific clients
    -billing could set an alert if they are waiting on client information, which would be seen by other staff anytime they are with the client/scheduling with the client the phone
    -alerts to be cautious if there specific scenarios around guardianship for the client
    -reminders if client frequently has technology challenges to take time with client on the phone to set up appointments…

  6. The new Universal Service Standards require we document supervision.

    In the Client module, Notes Tab, enter the following:

    Type:
    Clinical Supervision
    Every 2 months, the licensed mental health professional completes case review of client when the client is receiving clinical services from a mental health practitioner or clinical trainee. Case review includes: (1) client's reason for seeking treatment, diagnoses and assessments, and treatment plan; (2) appropriateness, duration, and outcome of treatment; and (3) treatment recommendations.
    It'd be great if there was a check box/dropdown of both the supervor and supervisee to avoid data entry.

  7. Hello, Is there anyway to not make clients chart/notes go inactive when the client is marked as inactive? If not I'd like to suggest that.

    Is there anyway to not make clients chart/notes go inactive when the client is marked as inactive?

    If not I'd like to suggest that. It would be helpful for when I'm looking for notes, sending records, checking to see if they have been in before, etc. Because currently I'm having to go into clinical/charting and open each note and make it active and that's very time consuming especially with bigger charts. Or even having a button that you can click that would make all their notes active again would be helpful

  10. Client Module Search by Client ID with first and last names

    In the Client Module, search works with an ID number and a first OR last name, but not all three. Using all three provides no search results. Consider changing the search field to allow this with complete results listed.

  11. Clients module search allow commas

    In the Clients Module, if I copy and paste a client's name with a comma in it (e.g. 'last, first'), no result is returned. Since Procentive reports regularly display with this format, it would be helpful to use the data as-is when searching for the client.

  12. NewCrop Client Connection

    Instead of clicking "Connect", could you have it like it is in other modules for Procentive, where you start typing part of the name in the Client text field and the drop down will sort by what you are typing. You can then select the correct client in the drop-down and it will link to that client and no need to select "Connect"

  13. Display Client's Preferred Name in Client List

    Display Preferred Name in Client List
    Currently, Procentive only displays a client's legal name, so searching for clients who are transgender or who go by a different name than the one on their ID is difficult. Can we have the client list display a preferred name in the search so we don't have to open profiles to find a client?

  14. Client Dashboard Clinical/Charting add Program column

    Add a "Program" column under Clinical/Charting on the client's dashboard. Most of our clients switch between multiple programs and many forms are similar between programs. The "Created by" column can give some indication of what program each clinical document is associated with, but it would be immensely helpful to see the program detail at a glance on this quick reference page that's linked in so many places.

    Side note - perhaps remove the client name column in this section, as it's somewhat redundant.

  17. Client Module > Notes Tab

    It would be helpful if there was a warning prior to deleting a Note. If you accidentally hit the delete button instead of edit (which are very close together), it's gone and you would need to try and remember what the note said to add it again.

  18. Addition to Misc tab

    In the Client's profile, Misc. tab, could an additional field be added, School District? Not only is school important but district is as well for reporting purposes.

    In addition to this, also have this field pulled into the 3400 as well.
