    Would like to see the individual "status" drop down from time add reflected as the same drop down options for "status" down within the "Time" Module.

  2. Diagnosis in Time add

    It would be nice if the diagnosis that appear in the Time Add screen only show the diagnosis for the staff that is entering the service line, our providers assign their diagnosis in the clients module specific to them and the program, however when doing a Time Add once they select program it displays all diagnosis based on program not staff and program. Is there a way that this can be updated to highlight based on staff and program not just program? Many clients are shared but are seeing multiple providers for different services and diagnosis.

  3. Split individual services - outpatient

    I'd like the ability to split a service line for individual services (specifically code H0038 U8) with more than one unit. This will help when needing to rebill claims that deny for billing more than the max allowed per day (8 units/day for this code - and we often bill out more than that) rather than having to re-enter multiple service lines.

  4. Delete multiple service lines

    I really would like to have the ability restored to select multiple service lines to delete. When my clinicians erroneously enter a group twice, I have to delete the duplicate service lines one by one. It's beyond frustrating and not intuitive in the least.

    Additionally, I'd like to see the delete button functionality in the group time add screen restored as well.

  5. Time Module Charting

    I am wondering if it is possible to add the ability to add multiple time entries to a service line. Looking to be able to create one service line but document if the client were to leave in the middle of the group. For example, a group that goes from 8:00 am to 9:00 am but the client was out for 20 minutes during that group, resulting in two time entries that would read 8:00 am to 8:20 am and 8:40 am to 9:00 am.

  6. Time module adding place of service

    Our group bills in office and telehealth sessions, it would be very helpful to see, in the Time Module, what the Place of Service is for each claim. Although we have codes set with Telehealth in the description the Place of Service can be changed and we are unable to see it until we are reviewing in the Billing Module and then have to return to the Time module to correct it. Also the Medicare claims that are telehealth do not require a modifier, just a Place of Service and it would be helpful to make sure it's been changed…

  7. notes and ticket image in TIME module for group and individual

    Is it possible in the Time module group view (especially) to add a column or place to enter 'pink notes' like we can in the Payments module? It could be near the Reviewed column.

    Also, can you add a 'ticket' image when there are tickets created out of service line so other staff (who have permissions to see them) would know there is already a ticket attached to a service line or group service line?
    This would be similar to how there is a ticket image in client module when there is a open ticket already associated with a client.…

  8. Group Billing Alternate Supervisor Option

    We would like the Clients Module > Staff Tab > Billing Supervisor drop-down - when set to "Yes - Alternate" - to populate that staff as a supervisor in the drop-down for Group Time Add. Currently it only populates the drop-down in Individual Time Add.

  9. audit ready sorting

    At the end of a day I can see all service lines entered in the time module. The progress notes marked 'audit ready' get a check mark over the note image signifying they are complete and ready for billing. Billing only happens once these are checked.

    If that column could sort, therapists could view which notes are not yet 'audit ready' and see what needs to be completed quickly.

  10. Enable the Place of Service or "Place" to display and be retained in the Service - Work window

    In the Time Module, group view, when I double click to open a group, the pop-up window "Service - Work" that shows all the client lines and other data for that group session. The "Place" field is always set to "select.." regardless of what was previously selected. If I update it, the lines in the Individual view reflect the change, but the group view still just shows "select.."

  11. Time Module view settings, 90 day span error

    The current interface in the time module immediately 1) responds to each selection - date, staff, payer, etc as soon as it's selected and 2) has certain parameters that restrict the options in subsequent selection options. I suggest 1) Have a "Submit" button users can press once all desired parameters are selected. This avoids the blinking/flashing update every time users change a setting, as well as the date error that routinely appears.

  12. Residential Report

    On the "Residential Report" (accessed through the Residential view in the time module): Ability to set the sort by different parameters: alphabetical by client name, by primary payer, or admit date. Or if the default sort was one of these instead of current default. This would make it more useful when comparing it with other pages and reports in Procentive.

  13. Auto clear extra info tab

    On the extra info tab in the time add window, it would be nice to automatically clear all the information in the extra info tab after a voided claim has been sent. That way this information doesn't go out on a new claim. Even better would be if there could be a time stamp on this window of when something was sent with replacement or voided claim info and what claim number was used.

  15. Restricting Diagnosis Codes that Appear in Time Add

    Using the pre-select feature to limit the diagnosis codes pre-selected when adding service lines is helpful, but restricting what diagnosis codes even show up as options would eliminate even more room for error. Essentially, it'd be great to have the diagnosis codes listed as options at the service line level restricted to only those diagnosis codes associated with that program on the Diagnosis tab.

  16. Change Service Line Process

    This idea is for both Clinical/Charting and Time. The charting should be done before the billing and the adding of service lines should be allowed by the biller even if the document is locked. Also you should make the adding of the service line to the charting less complicated by allowing once the service line is created to be able to attach the service line to already existing notes instead of having it add new notes as an options.
