  1. Preferred name for staff

    I think it would be FANTASTIC if there was a "preferred name" field for staff, much like there is for clients. Even better is if it would default to the preferred name for things like tickets, clinical/charting, etc.

  3. Legal vs True/Preferred Name and Prounouns

    I would like a way to have a person’s true name (if different than their legal name) to show up prominently on reports, in the client module etc so as to respect those in the trans community who have a dead name that is harmful for them to see/hear. First, re-titleing ‘Preferred Name’ to ‘Preferred/True name’ and having that name show up along with the legal name in all instances.   4. More than one number for Text Reminders

    We have staff asking if it is possible to have text reminders sent to more than one number? We have clients who live between two households and both parents are requesting to get the text reminders.

  5. Client portal and documents should be moblie friendly.

    Most people use a mobile device rather than a computer for their everyday needs. Currently clients are at times unable to see the signing windows on their phones .

  6. client portal app

    Hello, it would be fabulous if Procentive had a app for our clients with client portal. most of our clients that need to use the client portal do not have access to a computer/tablet or larger device and so they need to do it on their smart phone. This would create a much user friendly option for our clients. thank you!

  8. Electronic Signature for Clients in the Portal

    It would be really helpful if clients could use a digital signature for forms in the Client Portal....similar to what is used in Clinical Charting. We are always receiving forms with no signatures.

  9. family members in same portal

    Clients who are in the same family should be able to be combined to one portal. Clients can't use the same email to set up more than one portal, and therefore need to create another email to finalize paperwork for other child/family member.

  10. Mass Messaging Clients

    "I have been wondering whether or not there is any way for me or other clinicians to pull up all of our active clients for a message (of course without being able to view any of the other recipients of the message). It seems that there are several places in Procentive to filter by clinician and active clients, but in messaging, I seem to only be able to pull up one client at a time.

  11. email notice sent to client when new statement is available on portal

    I am wondering if there is a way to change the email notice that clients get when a new statement is available on the portal.

    It currently has no reference to our Agency. ... It only references Procentive.
    Currently shows as : "A new statement is available within your client portal. Please use this link to log in."

    At a minimum it should say>>> A new statement is available within your (agency name) client portal.

  12. signature

    We would like to request an addition to client portal documents which will hopefully help with clients who are unable to sign the documents. Please add a 'if this device has a touch screen, please check this box to use your mouse' box, like the one found on client contact logs. This enhancement request is being made at the suggestion of Kris Zerse via ticket # 3434569 . She believes having that box available in documents which have been kiosked to the portal will help clients with a touch screen be able to successfully sign the documents.

    Please create the ability to upload paper eob's/denials into the payments module for a specific check. These usually involve multiple clients and would be a single place to easily attach directly to the check. This would also be HIPAA compliant.

  14. Pronouns

    We would like to have the "Gender Identity" section from the Client Information Module appear on the right-hand side bar that comes up when you select a client appointment. This will help anyone who is viewing the appointment or client information know proper pronouns to use.

    Display Preferred Name in Client List
    Currently, Procentive only displays a client's legal name, so searching for clients who are transgender or who go by a different name than the one on their ID is difficult. Can we have the client list display a preferred name in the search so we don't have to open profiles to find a client?

  18. Custom Date Range Function

    Payments Module - create an custom date range field that allows staff to search within the module for a specific date range. When selecting "All" slows down Procentive and staff productivity.

  19. Notes in Collections module

    It would be great to have a notes option in the collections module so we would not have to look at the same set of claims over and over again (Oh, yeah, I already dealt with this - I just have to wait for the ins company to respond).
