  1. Custom Reports

    Please incorporate a Custom Reports option where staff can run reports by selecting specific field criteria as not all standard reports within Procentive cover what you are looking for. Procentive should be able to pull what you tell it to for a report. I've not used a program before where this is not an option.

  2. Exporting

    It would be great if every report had the ability to download to Excel/CSV. It would be even better if you had the option to download everything without all the formatting - ie no subtotal rows, etc. It is a pain to re-format in order to be able to sort/create a pivot table with large amounts of data.

  3. age and status of bill/claim

    I would like to see a report that would show the bill/claims that you have submitted, the age of each submission as well as the status (denied, pending, closed, etc...). I would also like to see a dashboard showing that I have 25 bills that are 20 days old, I can click on that and then follow up with those claims to get status. For inventory management and cycle time monitoring I see this as very valuable.

  4. Add Member ID Ang Group # to 1010 and 1370

    It would be incredibly helpful if the 1010 and 1370 reports included field options for the insurance Member ID and group #. These fields are available on the 1310, and are very useful, but the 1310 can only pull invoice lines that have an outstanding balance, and it does not show payment information.

    Having this data included on the 1010 and 1370 would save a lot of time when communicating consistent issues with payers, and allow us to more easily identify groups that could help us pinpoint issues or reach out for marketing possibilities.

  5. Full Code on 1310 Report

    When we run the 1310 Unpaid Service Lines in Excel, the Code Column is not complete. It is missing the description. The Code Box does show the full code name. Is there a way for this information to also populate on the report?

  8. Update to 3010 report

    Request to separate the Client Name into 2 columns, First Name, Last Name, when exporting it to Excel.

    This will make filtering/sorting/reporting much easier and speed up the workflow.

  9. 1031 - Collections Report

    This report also shows the $0 balance lines, when realistically the collection report should only show anything with balances, so please have an option to remove $0 balance lines or remove $0 balance lines altogether

    When we we run the 3130 report, it would be helpful if it would pull expirations for DAs for all clients associated with a staff, not just those who are marked as primary staff. Some clients are shared between several staff.

  16. Report 8040: Add "Previous Calendar Year" to Period options

    I would like to see an option to generate an 8040 report for the "Previous Calendar Year" be added to the Period options. Currently, there is an option for "Last Year," but this is actually a "Last 12 months" selection and does not generate reports for the previous calendar year.

    Ideally, I prefer to run these in January, which would not cause any issues. However, this year I had to generate the report in February for a number of reasons, including time limitations.

  17. 2030 Report

    Hello,

    It would be extremely helpful to add a "client" search field in the 2030 report. This would help tremendously when administration needs to pull clinical/charting information for one client by staff as opposed the selected staff's entire caseload. Really helpful for single client discharges.

  18. Clinical/Charting View Report

    Please create a report that provides all the same data points available when looking at the Clinical/Charting view, with all the same fields and data, but in an excel sheet. Preferably something that I can run for one or many providers and based on specific time periods.

    The shading on the 1030 report is so helpful in making the report readable. Please don't eliminate it in the 1031 upgraded version!

    First, being able to export this report via Excel.

    Second, when using the html version, having the client name as a link, so you can go directly to the client profile from the html version.
