Another comment on this - with Staff Availability, we have the ability to enter a Label so we could label different chunks of availability as Telehealth or In-Person and clients could request appts accordingly - however those Labels do not transfer to client portal....
It seems this would be a simple way to accommodate this request. -

I voted for this since it's related, but I would say expand this to appointments in general. I learned through a ticket that clients enrolled in Procentive's telehealth product have a camera logo on their appointments to indicate telehealth so it seems that feature could be copied to other customers.
