workflow non primary staff
It would be wonderful if Workflow's could be sent to all "active" staff associated with a client and not just to the primary staff assigned. We have multiple clients who are receiving a variety of services from multiple staff in multiple programs. If only one staff receives a workflow, this is very limiting. If we strive to set up a workflow to go to a "non-primary staff" apparently workflow cannot decipher between a staff who is marked as "active" and one who is marked as "inactive". It would be helpful if workflow could recognize the difference between these two and also if it could send a prompt to anyone who is marked as "active".
