QUICK ADD FEATURE
My staff and I are creating an employee handbook with step by step directions on how to use the quick add. Something that I noticed is that you can actually just type in the clients first name, and it will save them into the system. I am wondering if there's a way to make it mandatory to put the clients first, last mid initial and date of birth prior to the client being saved into the system. This would allow for way less systematic errors and clients being entered that are already in our system.

The feature that sends up a warning of another client with the same name will not work unless those 3 pieces are entered. Another thought is to highlight first, last and DOB within quick-add - to at least call attention and hopefully those will be filled in more consistently and reduce creating duplicate records.
