When connecting to ePrescribe module, we would like it automatically route to the Tasks page, rather than having to enter in a client

Block autofill
Wondering if there is a way for Procentive to "block" autofill from happening, if a user has it turned on in their browser settings? I know it's recommended to have it turned off, but curious, if this could be a fail safe, in case this step gets missed.

More info displayed on browser tabs
Is it possible to add additional info to a browser tab when you hover over it? Example would be if you open up multiple documents for a client, it opens up additional tabs. You can hover over it and it show the clients initials and #. I'm wondering in this case, could Progress Note or Treatment Plan, etc be added to the text when you hover over it.

Dark Mode
Hi, I would like to suggest adding a user preference option of Dark Mode. This would ease the usage of Procentive for those of use with eyesight and headache issues. Comparable settings can be observed in Windows Office 365 and Google Chrome settings.

User ability to make changes
Just in general to make changes on our own, without having to request Procentive to do the change.

get password warnings (1 week, 1 month) ahead of time to warn that passwords for expiring
That way you could change it right away or before it expires so you are not stuck and locked out of Procentive when your system administrator is not available.

Visibility for client payment plans
Being able to track/flag clients that are on payment plans and then having a dashboard to keep all of this info in Procentive.

Inactivate a Residential calendar
Please allow for the ability to inactivate/delete a Residential calendar that could be set up by mistake (duplicate).

dashboard tickets deafult
When a new staff is hired, tickets in the client dashboard do not show up unless or until they manually add numbers to the filter.
If they forget to go in and change the dashboard, they see no client tickets and often think there are none...
That has been a problem for us.
Can you fix that? It's the only field on the dashboard that works this way...

Client Module> Referent
In the client module> contacts tab can the referral check box be defaulted to yes instead of no? It causes inaccuracies when running report 3540 at the end of the year to see who our are top referrals are. We usually only use this tab for this purpose and this button can be easily missed by our admission team.

3560 statement enhancement
Thank you for removing the "return requested" from the 3560 statements. I'm wondering if that now-blank spot could be used by individual companies to insert a message. For example, we stamp every outgoing statement envelope with "address service requested." If we could us the now-blank space, it would save a bunch of time.
