  1. Remove "MA authorizations must be of length 11" warning message

    Since Service Agreements are a thing of the past, the warning/reminder, "MA authorizations must be of length 11." seems obsolete. Is there a setting we have that we could use to turn it off just within our company or is it Procentive wide? It's helpful to use the auth # field for billing information on occasion (e.g. "Pending auth" - since this shows in the Time module and on reports), but entering a non-11 digit number can hinder providers from entering services if they see a warning/error message when they do time add.

  2. Use of this platform to vote on new ideas...?

    I hope you are not using this platform to accept new ideas. As I look at all of the ideas posted and opportunities for others to vote on how important it is, there are MOST with 0 votes. I think all NEW ideas should come to Procentive only. You determine if you can do it.   3. Kiosk

    About 40% of clients are unable to sign documents sent by Kiosk. I understand it may be due to using a mobile device. Enable kiosk to work easily on all devices.

  4. two factor

    Hello, we are current client of Procentive and are requesting addition of two factor authentication when logging into Procentive. This feature is available on allmost all EMRs but not available in Procentive. This is something you would want to seriously consider as cyber security is of utmost importance in the current enra.

  6. Change color of links once clicked on

    There are many places in the program with dozens or hundreds of links. It is often difficult to track which have been clicked on and addressed already and which still need attention. Could you build in the capacity for links to change color when clicked on, similar to functionality seen in search engine result listings?

  7. Failed Prescriptions

    Please provide an alert that pops up in the ePrescribe module when a prescription fails, rather than having to click several places to figure this out. Some of the medications are not showing up on the failed tasks list and the only way they find out it has failed is because the patient is unable to pick up the medication and when the provider clicks on the "details" of the medication it shows it has failed.

  8. inappropriate log in page artwork

    Hi, I sometimes appreciate and sometimes cringe at the artwork on the Procentive log in page. The image on there as of 6:18 pm today is flat out inappropriate. Please take it down and allow users to work in a professional environment.

  9. Online pay now button for our website

    Get a pay now button on our agency website so clients can pay without an account UN and PW. Let them use two data points, like client last name and DOB and simply make a payment. They also may create an account form the same link so they can set up a recurring payment. Have it link to and integrate with Procentive. Rev/Spring currently has these capabilities but does not integrate with Procentive.

  10. Pay now button on agency website

    Allow a pay now button on our agency website that interfaces / integrates with Procentive. The pay now button could be used with out a client account and with only two data points, such as DOB and client last name, thereby allowing easy payment.

  11. Portal Payments

    In Payments Module > View: Payments > Show: Private Pay Only, it would be nice if the little pink notes that say 'Payment made by client via Client Portal.' could be a different color than notes manually added by staff. It's a pain to look through all them for important info about where to allocate, etc when most of them are just the Client Portal Payment notes.

  12. Ability to print off a clean receipt for client

    I'm concerned that when I run the receipt all of sessions are listed twice each with a $0.00 next to them. Then to attached another report with the credit applied looks messy.

    Can you generate something that is easy to read and reflect the total of the payment made that date?

  13. Add/Rearrange Auth lines

    It would be great to have the ability to add new auth lines between existing auth lines or rearrange auth lines to keep them all in date order, or order of importance without losing the time associated to the existing lines.

  14. Save forms PRO-245G-E1140 & E1440 prior to completion

    Please allow forms PRO-245G-E1140 & E1440 to be saved prior to being fully completed. There are instances where our LADCs will have nearly all fields completed except for 1 or 2 fields, requiring them to come back to it at another time, losing all of their work.
    There already is a "safety" with these forms to not be available for batch uploading until they are marked Audit Ready so we should be able to at least save them if necessary.

  15. Time out

    On a daily basis, Procentive appears to "Time Out" without warning or explanation. If I've been logged in for a while, things stop working normally - it just gets glitchy and I can tell I have to log out and back in again to resume normal functioning. Some signs: in the time module, when I click on the "More Clients" button, my name is selected in the "Clients for" field. It normally defaults to [All]. It will also appear to be saving something, take forever to process, and never actually save. If I persist in working without logging out and…

  16. log in

    Instead of re-directing to the "Try Again" page, can a mis-typed username or password result in the user staying on the same page, with the ability to edit what was previously entered? We don't have a password manager and I often fat-finger my typing here. It's a small gesture, but I'd appreciate the time saving step of not having to re-enter from scratch.

  17. Setting up codes so they can be added to multipayers at once vs individually

    We are adding a Chemical Dependency program and with that there are several new billing codes I have been setting up and some additional ones to come. Is there any way in the Procentive system these can be added to all payers with a set rate where I do not have to manually enter these into each payer? It seems like there should be a something simple to check "X" codes at each set rate can be added to the selected payers.

  18. paper eob storage

    It would be awesome if you could upload a copy of a paper EOB in the payments screen that could be opened at a later time instead of having to store these paper EOB's in a drawer or in a computer file. Just to the right of the Payment in the payment screen could be a link or place to upload and access later. No different than adding documents anywhere else really.

  19. window/content sizing

    Through the program as a whole:
    (1) Enable the content to flex to fit a given window size and/or
    (2) Set the default pop-up window size large enough to fit all contents without scrolling sideways.

    Some examples of pages where this would benefit are:
    1. The residential time module calendar (opens by default to show just the first half of the month)
    2. The main time module page (have to scroll over to see the drop-down for individual/group/residential view unless the main window is full screen, which is not always convenient)
    3. The Admissions tab in the "Change Client" window…

  20. Tablet

    I would like to suggest a mobile device friendly platform for Procentive. Our team often utilizes tablets for rounds, medications and group documentation so that they can chart "on the go" as things happen. At times it is cumbersome utilizing Procentive on these devices. Mostly it's needing to adjust the size to be able to click on the correct items and then needing to tap on things several times to get them to open, activate the correct box etc.
