Details on receipt
I would like to specify the service received and the date of service so I don't keep getting calls from clients questioning their receipts. This frustrates both my patients and me. Money frustrations are not good for business.

workflow - additional trigger options and filter for payer type (custom field)
Is it possible to get additional triggers added in workflow? We are looking at a few different types of notifications - such as when data is missing - for example Client Module, Payer Tab, Eligibility sub-tab - maybe days after a new Payer is added - ?
Also would be helpful with payer-specific workflows to be able to set workflows based on our custom payer TYPE field so we don't have to select/unselect 100s of payers for each workflow setup.

Time Module Charting
I am wondering if it is possible to add the ability to add multiple time entries to a service line. Looking to be able to create one service line but document if the client were to leave in the middle of the group. For example, a group that goes from 8:00 am to 9:00 am but the client was out for 20 minutes during that group, resulting in two time entries that would read 8:00 am to 8:20 am and 8:40 am to 9:00 am.

Automated Appointment Reminders Need to Be Customized & Used in Every Program, Not Just Used By 1 Program
We have different automated appointment reminders that the different programs in our agency need to use and having the text be standard and only usable for one program, but not the others will not work.
We need to be able to customize each appointment reminder to each program, otherwise one program monopolizes the entire feature and our other three programs can't use it.

Add a warning or stop billing on/beyond discharge date.
I believe it is a very high priority to create an edit/stop within Procentive that will flag/stop/prevent a claim being billed beyond the discharge date or better yet, on the discharge date, per billing guidelines for Institutional claims. Billing should not be done for the day of discharge.

Client portal and documents should be moblie friendly.
Most people use a mobile device rather than a computer for their everyday needs. Currently clients are at times unable to see the signing windows on their phones .

Online pay now button for our website
Get a pay now button on our agency website so clients can pay without an account UN and PW. Let them use two data points, like client last name and DOB and simply make a payment. They also may create an account form the same link so they can set up a recurring payment. Have it link to and integrate with Procentive. Rev/Spring currently has these capabilities but does not integrate with Procentive.

Associating Form Groups with Programs
I was wondering if it might be possible to add a “Form Group” selector in that window which would allow me to associate program codes with multiple forms at once. This feature is very slow to respond so it takes forever as I update program codes for each of our forms one-by-one

50440 report
Allow report 50440 to be run as needed, not just through a hyperlink in Clinicals. This provides required DAANES reporting information and would be more efficient to run at time of discharge as well

QUICK ADD FEATURE
My staff and I are creating an employee handbook with step by step directions on how to use the quick add. Something that I noticed is that you can actually just type in the clients first name, and it will save them into the system. I am wondering if there's a way to make it mandatory to put the clients first, last mid initial and date of birth prior to the client being saved into the system. This would allow for way less systematic errors and clients being entered that are already in our system.

Custom Reports
Please incorporate a Custom Reports option where staff can run reports by selecting specific field criteria as not all standard reports within Procentive cover what you are looking for. Procentive should be able to pull what you tell it to for a report. I've not used a program before where this is not an option.

client portal self scheduling
We have our portal set up so that clients can request appointments.
However, we can only select one person to get a message when a client makes or requests an appointment.
It would be way better if that message can just go directly to the counselor.4 votes -
Ability to dictate case notes
It would be great if this was an option for Procentive to dictate case notes and not have to type them.

Be able to duplicate document in multiple files. i.e. we scan the main client ID in client>payers>documents, yet we have to do that for each client so in a family situation this can be 4 to 5 times, and couples 2 times. We currently scan and save to desk top them load the documents; however, it would be great if there was a button that said "Duplicate to other Clients" and allow you to either place the other client numbers or just duplicate on all other files were the client is the primary payer.

Update PRO-245G-E1400 245G Service Discharge Summary
Please consider updating form PRO-245G-E1440:
Each dimension section offers ratings 0-4 with descriptions for each. These appear to travel to DAANES Discharge form PRO-245G-E1440 in the Chemical Health Severity Ratings section. In the DAANES Discharge form there is the option to select "Unable to Assess" in the drop down menu for each dimension.
However, the option "Unable to Assess" is not available in the Service Discharge summary form (PRO-245G-E1400).Since the Discharge Summary needs to be filled out in its entirety, "Unable to Assess" should be added in both the Initial Risk Rating & Discharge Risk Rating sections of form…

Electronic Module add Notes Tab to log rejection
Is there a way in the Electronic Module you can add the Notes tab to add a note? It would be so helpful to make a note on a rejection vs having to go back into each report mode batch to see what it was and who it was for and easier to check if it has been resolved.

Pay now button on agency website
Allow a pay now button on our agency website that interfaces / integrates with Procentive. The pay now button could be used with out a client account and with only two data points, such as DOB and client last name, thereby allowing easy payment.

Time module adding place of service
Our group bills in office and telehealth sessions, it would be very helpful to see, in the Time Module, what the Place of Service is for each claim. Although we have codes set with Telehealth in the description the Place of Service can be changed and we are unable to see it until we are reviewing in the Billing Module and then have to return to the Time module to correct it. Also the Medicare claims that are telehealth do not require a modifier, just a Place of Service and it would be helpful to make sure it's been changed…

Enter credit card information directly through client portal
Allow a client to enter a credit card number directly into a vault, using client portal. Posting this on behalf of Alyson at River Counseling.

paper eob
Please create the ability to upload paper eob's/denials into the payments module for a specific check. These usually involve multiple clients and would be a single place to easily attach directly to the check. This would also be HIPAA compliant.
