    Wondering if a report could be made/modified to show the aging buckets from date of service to payment date. Run by location, payer, date, date of payment. Group by payer, location, (staff?), (code?), other?

  3. X12 raw data

    It would be wonderful to have a Knowledge Hub article that explains the X12 raw data. When an invoice is rejected, it is often difficult to impossible to figure out why, resulting in the necessity of a ticket.

  4. Back date automatic adjustment of Expected Revenue

    We currently back date our end of the month invoices to the month they should be billed in. For example, at the beginning of April we are finishing up our March billings and we back date the invoice to 3/31/21. However we have discovered that the automatic adjustment from he expected revenue are not being back dated as well. So the discount is going into the current month and the invoice is going into the prior month. We are hoping that the discount will also be able to be backdated so that our net revenue is correct.

  6. Client Portal scheduling beyond the appointment window issue.

    We have set a limitation on how far out a client can set an appointment in the future (i.e. 2 or 3 months). This avoids a client booking out weekly for a year, and then dropping therapy the following month. However, when they schedule through the Client Portal, despite the fact a client can not actually schedule beyond that limit, there is nothing that tells the client that they did not actually book that time 3+ months out.   7. Update to Staff permissions

    There is currently no way to limit staff to only these specific tabs (they MUST have the main Staff Tab) in the Staff Module and there is no breakout of permissions to view versus make changes in each tab – there is only the overall “Change” permission which of course would allow them to change the Staff Tab (including someone’s username, password, or Active status).

    My thoughts of possible enhancements:

    Add a specific permission to be able to make changes to the Staff Tab (versus view-only).

    Move the access control fields from Staff Tab to Role Tab (username, password, Active)…

    Addition of a Portal Ready check box on all clinical charting as a way to control what notes a client can see (of a certain form #) in the Client Portal to address client safety issues, i.e. the ability to remove a note for a specific DOS due to "the information is detrimental to the physical or mental health of the patient, or is likely to cause the patient to inflict self harm, or to harm another " (Minn.     Field options for Term Dates within all modules.

    1) Patient insurance changes - would be nice to be able to term insurance coverages, and show only active payers when viewing accounts

    2) Payer Module - Enter term dates for old or unused payers. Still would like to view in reporting and to be able to carry a balance.

  12. MHIS reporting: Reservation Field

    MHIS reporting to the state seeks information about reservation status. Once the person is an enrolled member, that status does not change. This data is needed by agencies across the state for MHIS reporting. It would be helpful to have a location in the client module for this data. Something like, "Enrolled in a reservation?" If yes, then a drop down with at least the MN reservations plus an "other" for that rare out-of-state person. Then this could be pulled into various forms for reporting purposes.

  13. Client Billing Statement Auto Email default to checked

    When a client creates their portal account the send statement box is NOT checked in their portal by default, therefore they are not getting billing statements emailed to them even though I have checked in our account settings that we do want statements emailed.
    I have had to run a report each month for all new portal sign ups and manually select this box.
    This is not a good use of my time as I feel that should be automatically set up when the client creates their account, that is the main reason may of our clients create their portal,…

  14. Pronouns

    We would like to have the "Gender Identity" section from the Client Information Module appear on the right-hand side bar that comes up when you select a client appointment. This will help anyone who is viewing the appointment or client information know proper pronouns to use.

  15. Report 8040: Add "Previous Calendar Year" to Period options

    I would like to see an option to generate an 8040 report for the "Previous Calendar Year" be added to the Period options. Currently, there is an option for "Last Year," but this is actually a "Last 12 months" selection and does not generate reports for the previous calendar year.

    Ideally, I prefer to run these in January, which would not cause any issues. However, this year I had to generate the report in February for a number of reasons, including time limitations.

  16. Workflow Record View

    It would be beneficial to tie the client's name link to the project list associated with workflow on the home module dashboard.

    Suggestion: To have the client name record appear on the Home > Projects list without it being tied to the Client Module > Change Permissions.
    Currently the project is just listed. In order to find out who the project is associated with clinicians have to go directly into the Workflow Module to see.

  19. autofill addresses if same as client in the mail tab and payer tab

    Here is one of my suggestions - in the Mail tab and the "Payer tab, can there be an option to choose "same address as client?" and just have it fill in if that's chosen? We have a lot of minors and when filling in those addresses in each box, it would be a time saver to just be able to choose, "same address as client."
