  2. Remove copy link/feature

    We have received several notices from CMS and other payers about document cloning which using a feature like copy in the EHR is a main subject they talk about. We are trying to ensure that providers are documenting appropriately, when this copy feature is available they can choose to copy the complete note and not make any changes to it. We hope that providers are documenting appropriately for what they are billing however fraud is being detected by audits due to allowing this type of feature in EHR's.   3. Contracting & Re-credentialing Maintenance

    • We would like to house our payer, provider, and facility contracting and credentialing updates, renewals, and due dates.
    • Would it be an option to utilize an due date feature for upcoming recredentialing for our locations.
    • An option to identify dates for when payer contracts became effective.

  4. 3690 Report

    Request to update the 3690 Report to allow to filter by either active or inactive clients, as well as both. Currently it only allows for only active or both, with no way of sorting.

  5. Supervisees

    It would be great if supervisors could run both a 1300 and 2030 for both themselves and their supervisee's. They can on the 1300, but to give them that permission on the 2030 they can then see everybody (which we don't want). From a supervision standpoint it would be great to have it for themselves and supervisee's. It would also be nice on those reports (and many) to be able to separate who the primary is vs. those of a supervisee's.

  6. Client representatives and client signatures

    Client representatives and clients should all be able to sign the document from their separate logins when the document is sent to the client portal once, instead of having to resend the document to the portal after each signature is submitted.

  7. client portal medical

    when you have a client open, in the client module, at the bottom is a feature CLIENT PORTAL MEDICAL there is ALOT of great features for our nursing staff. However, there is no way to extract all of the information in those tabs. This would be great information for us to be able to pass on when other facilities are requesting medical records, as we cannot pass on the medical records of our client as they are seen at the local clinic.

    When we we run the 3130 report, it would be helpful if it would pull expirations for DAs for all clients associated with a staff, not just those who are marked as primary staff. Some clients are shared between several staff.

  9. Report for setting of staff setting for: disable messaging for Client Portal

    It would be helpful to be able to run a report to see which staff have the messaging disabled for the client Portal.

    Right now we have to go staff by staff to see what its set at.

  10. Ability to print off a clean receipt for client

    I'm concerned that when I run the receipt all of sessions are listed twice each with a $0.00 next to them. Then to attached another report with the credit applied looks messy.

    Can you generate something that is easy to read and reflect the total of the payment made that date?

  11. Warning when attempting to duplicate scheduling of a client the same day and time of another scheduled appointment.

    Provide the ability to receive an error message when a client is being scheduled for an appointment the same day and during a time the client is already scheduled for with another individual/group appointment. Currently you receive a warning message that indicates the client has other appointments that day, but does not specify that the time you are trying to schedule is already taken.

    When you have clients seeing multiple counselors within a given day overscheduling the client for the same time creates confusion and frustration. An error warning would save time for schedulers and providers, along with creating less…

  12. Add/Rearrange Auth lines

    It would be great to have the ability to add new auth lines between existing auth lines or rearrange auth lines to keep them all in date order, or order of importance without losing the time associated to the existing lines.

  13. Messaging Flash for other employees who have access

    It would be great if the messaging module would flash for an employee that I have given access to my messaging, when I get a message. That way they will know there is a new message instead of just having to constantly look in there to catch new messages.

    It would be great to have a notes option in the collections module so we would not have to look at the same set of claims over and over again (Oh, yeah, I already dealt with this - I just have to wait for the ins company to respond).

  16. Group Billing Alternate Supervisor Option

    We would like the Clients Module > Staff Tab > Billing Supervisor drop-down - when set to "Yes - Alternate" - to populate that staff as a supervisor in the drop-down for Group Time Add. Currently it only populates the drop-down in Individual Time Add.

  17. Save forms PRO-245G-E1140 & E1440 prior to completion

    Please allow forms PRO-245G-E1140 & E1440 to be saved prior to being fully completed. There are instances where our LADCs will have nearly all fields completed except for 1 or 2 fields, requiring them to come back to it at another time, losing all of their work.
    There already is a "safety" with these forms to not be available for batch uploading until they are marked Audit Ready so we should be able to at least save them if necessary.

    We would like to request an addition to client portal documents which will hopefully help with clients who are unable to sign the documents. Please add a 'if this device has a touch screen, please check this box to use your mouse' box, like the one found on client contact logs. This enhancement request is being made at the suggestion of Kris Zerse via ticket # 3434569 . She believes having that box available in documents which have been kiosked to the portal will help clients with a touch screen be able to successfully sign the documents.

    Hello,

    It would be extremely helpful to add a "client" search field in the 2030 report. This would help tremendously when administration needs to pull clinical/charting information for one client by staff as opposed the selected staff's entire caseload. Really helpful for single client discharges.

  20. email notice sent to client when new statement is available on portal

    I am wondering if there is a way to change the email notice that clients get when a new statement is available on the portal.

    It currently has no reference to our Agency. ... It only references Procentive.
    Currently shows as : "A new statement is available within your client portal. Please use this link to log in."

    At a minimum it should say>>> A new statement is available within your (agency name) client portal.
