  1. email notice sent to client when new statement is available on portal

    I am wondering if there is a way to change the email notice that clients get when a new statement is available on the portal.

    It currently has no reference to our Agency. ... It only references Procentive.
    Currently shows as : "A new statement is available within your client portal. Please use this link to log in."

    At a minimum it should say>>> A new statement is available within your (agency name) client portal.

  2. Add Warning in Billing Module for Travel Code

    Similar to the message that appears when the Interactive Complexity code 90785 does not have a primary service code to bill with:
    WARNING (you will not be able to submit this electronically): The code 90785 must be billed with 90791, 90792, 90832, 90834, 90837, 90833, 90836, 90838, 99201-99255, 99304-99337, 99341-99350, 90853, or H2035.

  3. Mass Messaging Clients

    "I have been wondering whether or not there is any way for me or other clinicians to pull up all of our active clients for a message (of course without being able to view any of the other recipients of the message). It seems that there are several places in Procentive to filter by clinician and active clients, but in messaging, I seem to only be able to pull up one client at a time.

  6. being able to change the regarding txt to apply to all appointments or just this one

    In the appointment window- the white box labeled regarding. I would like to be able to put information in there and be able to choose to have it apply to this appointment only or to all appointments scheduled for the client.

  7. Enhancement to Notes

    Requesting to add either an open text field or drop down option in Notes. We would like to utilize codes to identify adjustments and over-payments, denials etc. This field will also need to be added to the 50010 report for auditing purposes. I have attached the codes we are looking implement among the billing, collection, and cash posting staff.

  10. Consent/

    I would like to have the Consent for treatment and Privacy practices forms to automatically flow the signature date into the client module>client tab to the Signed Release on file and Privacy practice notice signed by client. This would be a better way to keep our files current and up to date.

  11. workflow non primary staff

    It would be wonderful if Workflow's could be sent to all "active" staff associated with a client and not just to the primary staff assigned. We have multiple clients who are receiving a variety of services from multiple staff in multiple programs. If only one staff receives a workflow, this is very limiting. If we strive to set up a workflow to go to a "non-primary staff" apparently workflow cannot decipher between a staff who is marked as "active" and one who is marked as "inactive". It would be helpful if workflow could recognize the difference between these two and…

  12. Expired Diagnoses should not flow to service lines

    It would be a time saver and good technology if expired diagnoses did not flow to service lines. I know if marked Inactive they will not flow, but that is an extra step to identify and mark them Inactive when they are already invalid(inactive) based on the expiration date. This would save time because currently the expired diagnoses flow to service lines (making it appear there is a valid diagnosis/es), staff take time to complete the service line and not until they click Save do they get an error for no valid diagnosis.

  13. audit ready sorting

    At the end of a day I can see all service lines entered in the time module. The progress notes marked 'audit ready' get a check mark over the note image signifying they are complete and ready for billing. Billing only happens once these are checked.

    If that column could sort, therapists could view which notes are not yet 'audit ready' and see what needs to be completed quickly.

  14. RESIDENTIAL CALENDAR

    You know how the dates of the month are on the top of the calendar?
    PLEASE also have these dates on the bottom of the calendar since new clients show up on the bottom. and that is where we are working. Thank you.

  15. Make Ticket Window Bigger

    When creating a new ticket, it would be nice if the window was bigger. When you add a staff associated to the ticket it doesn't fit in the window so you have to scroll over to select the staff. Thank you.

    On a daily basis, Procentive appears to "Time Out" without warning or explanation. If I've been logged in for a while, things stop working normally - it just gets glitchy and I can tell I have to log out and back in again to resume normal functioning. Some signs: in the time module, when I click on the "More Clients" button, my name is selected in the "Clients for" field. It normally defaults to [All].     Admissions tab: Please adjust so it is ordered with most recent stays are on the top.
    I have client's with up to 40 -50 stays and we have to scroll down to the bottom to work on the Admissions line and see most recent info.

    Since co-pays are paid and posted on the day of service, we would like the system to automatically account for that when the ERA comes in.
    e.g. client owes and pays $30 co-pay for a $200 claim
    ERA pays $45, sets $30 to PR-3, and $125 to CO-45.

    We would like the system to NOT bill an additional $30 to client upon saving.

  20. Admissions tab data flow into Billing

    Only select admissions with matching dates and Program. Currently appears to select any line with a matching date span. This has caused claims to deny.
