  1. Automate Invoices

    Please automate invoices. We currently have to run report 3560 and click 'save a copy of these statements in the client module' for clients to view their invoice. If client balances were automated as Procentive receives payment from client's insurance this would save companies hours of time every week.

  2. 835 upload

    Would like to be able to upload or send a ticket with the 835 file for uploading so we do not have to manually enter the claim for the payers that do not send electronic remits. Optum/UMR has a couple areas that only send via Vpay and no ERA, we have to go to Optum pay and download the pdf, there is an 835 file available for download also but I am told Procentive cannot take those.

  3. appointment audible notification

    Currently after checking in a client who has arrived in the appointment, the appointment will flash indicating to the Therapist that their next client has arrived - It would be helpful to enhance this to also give an audible notification noise with the alert on top of the flashing.

  4. Time Add Window

    Time Add Window-option to close after first Service Line Added.
    We have many staff that think they are "correcting" a service line but are adding additional service lines instead. I would like the option to have that window go away after hitting "save" and then anyone that needs multiple service lines can go back to the appointment. Having it as an option in Settings to stay up or go away would allow agency specific customization.

  5. Open a new ticket.

    Is there a way you could improve the ticket section? Maybe adding a submit button instead of the save button as it's confusing whether or not our messages are sent. And the fact that your system displays an "unsaved" message makes it even more confusing.

    Having a button to go back to the menu would also be a good idea so users can return to the other screen(s) easily.

  6. Show Multiple Emails in Client Detail Report

    When clients have multiple emails listed in the phone tab, it would be great to see all of these in the client detail report view. Currently, only the primary email shows. Having a table similar to how multiple phone numbers are displayed in the client detail report would be helpful for staff who only have this view in the client module.

  7. Late cancels/ No shows Tracking

    Our policy is 3 no shows or late cancels in a calendar year and then you go to same week scheduling or our cancelation waitlist. The system has it set to show the amount of no shows or late cancels in the last 365 days. We would like to have the option to change that to a calendar year.

  8. video reminder in SMS messaging

    It would be great for the SMS text reminders to patients to differentiate whether the appointment is scheduled as in person or telehealth appointment, as this is the preferred method of communication with most patients for reminder messages.

  9. ADMISSION

    I am struggling with refiling older claims and having to delete "valid" discharge dates and Status codes informtion that was entered for newer claims.

    I am hoping this can be claim specific instead of just under the admissions tab within the patient. It really makes it difficult to have to change the discharge information for refiled claims and then have to go back into the Admissions Tab and re-enter the discharge/status information so it's saved in the chart.

  11. Integrate different calendar platforms

    Wondering if it would ever be possible for the Appointment Module to be linked up with other calendar platforms, such as Office 365, Google, etc. If we are using Google Meets, for example, as a telehealth platform, there is no linking to the Appointment Calendar in Procentive. I realize there is a telehealth integration already, but the integration could beneficial for other reasons as well.

  12. Electronic Module Advanced Search

    I am a huge fan of the recent change to display BILLING staff name instead of Provider staff name on the Electronic Module page. With this new change in mind, I suggest adding "Staff" and "Reviewed" to the Advance Search parameters. This way, each biller could isolate the invoices they billed, and eliminate long lists of previously checked claims, allowing items to be easily sorted by other parameters.

  14. private pay multiple cpt code pay rates

    We have a sliding scale private pay option for our cash pay clients. If a rate is entered in client enrollment payer it charges that rate no matter the cpt code. We would like to set the charge rate based on cpt code (different rate for a 30 minute vs 60 minute session).

  15. Clinical/Charting View Report

    Please create a report that provides all the same data points available when looking at the Clinical/Charting view, with all the same fields and data, but in an excel sheet. Preferably something that I can run for one or many providers and based on specific time periods.

  17. Faxes Module - Print Sent Faxes with Cover Sheet

    We sometimes need a print/pdf version of our Sent Faxes (including details we typed in the cover sheet) for support/documentation of records releases or for reviewing/appealing billing issues. Since we are able to print Received faxes, could that be replicated for Sent Faxes?

  18. Verification Form Enhancements

    Here are the items I would like to be added to the verification form:
    Preferred name
    Gender Identity
    Sexual orientation
    A release signed by the client for medical billing data related to the claim: the signature date on that (I did see that does pull onto the client detail, but would be too much for the purpose we would use the client verification form)
    Race
    Ethnicity
    Preferred Language
    The current medication under the medical tab if that could pull in
    Custody under the Misc. tab the drop-down

  20. Diagnosis in Time add

    It would be nice if the diagnosis that appear in the Time Add screen only show the diagnosis for the staff that is entering the service line, our providers assign their diagnosis in the clients module specific to them and the program, however when doing a Time Add once they select program it displays all diagnosis based on program not staff and program. Is there a way that this can be updated to highlight based on staff and program not just program? Many clients are shared but are seeing multiple providers for different services and diagnosis.
