Commenting again as I just ran into this happening. I took time to get claims queued up to bill and instead of clicking on the "Create New Invoices" pop up window as intended, I accidentally clicked to switch to a different module. This closed the billing module and associated windows, so I start the process over again. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient. Perhaps at least a warning message - are you sure you want to close this?

This is an issue throughout the program - various actions frequently, surprisingly auto close any number of windows - for example, if I open a client's payments from the change client window, then switch to a different tab on the change client window, the payments window closes. Another example which makes less sense to me is if I opened the payments window from the change client window, then open, edit and save a Change Time window, it will close the Payments window, the original Change Client window and anything I had open based on it (a second instance of Change Client, Invoice, Change Time for another DOS, etc.). I do not find this behavior helpful, but maybe if someone could explain the logic behind it?

I vote for the "Even Better" part: A Time stamp on this window of when something was sent with replacement or voided claim info and what claim number was used.

Just realized a good example: The Change Client, Payers, Authorizations tab has an info tip when the mouse hovers over the Codes box that displays code name, revenue code, value 24 code. Having a similar feature in the Change Time window would be very useful.
