  1. create a self-check in option?

    It would be nice for when clients arrive to an appointment to be able to check in from their phones to let the therapists know they have arrived for an appointment

  2. Display Client's Preferred Name in Client List

    Display Preferred Name in Client List
    Currently, Procentive only displays a client's legal name, so searching for clients who are transgender or who go by a different name than the one on their ID is difficult. Can we have the client list display a preferred name in the search so we don't have to open profiles to find a client?

  3. Being able to visibly see which codes require an auth, not just payer wide

    You are able to set up a payer that requires an auth but not all codes require it. Wondering if it would be possible to set this up at the Payer level, Rates tab, Program/Codes tab? Or any of those tabs that have "Code" in it?

    A basic "Yes/No" check box should suffice.

  4. Legal vs True/Preferred Name and Prounouns

    I would like a way to have a person’s true name (if different than their legal name) to show up prominently on reports, in the client module etc so as to respect those in the trans community who have a dead name that is harmful for them to see/hear. First, re-titleing ‘Preferred Name’ to ‘Preferred/True name’ and having that name show up along with the legal name in all instances.   5. base codes and base modifiers to allow for multiple rates

    Give us the ability to have set a base of codes and a set base of modifiers (both of these would not be attached to each other). So it would be more like a drop down system. We first select the code from a drop down. Then once we have that if a modifier(s) is needed, then we have separate dropdowns for modifiers. This would then allow for the multiple modifier combinations insurances use, but NOT require thousands of the same codes set up in the system.   6. Sync Location with Availability.

    When adding an appointment from the Staff Availability, have the appointment Location flow when the appointment is being created. Saves from human error and a click.

  7. Failed Prescriptions

    Please provide an alert that pops up in the ePrescribe module when a prescription fails, rather than having to click several places to figure this out. Some of the medications are not showing up on the failed tasks list and the only way they find out it has failed is because the patient is unable to pick up the medication and when the provider clicks on the "details" of the medication it shows it has failed.

  10. Addition to Misc tab

    In the Client's profile, Misc. tab, could an additional field be added, School District? Not only is school important but district is as well for reporting purposes.

    In addition to this, also have this field pulled into the 3400 as well.

  11. Flag the last in person visit

    CMS is now requesting an in-person visit within certain time frames for those who are doing regular telehealth visits.

    Is there a way we can flag this time line in Procentive so we can make sure we are following the rules?

    This report also shows the $0 balance lines, when realistically the collection report should only show anything with balances, so please have an option to remove $0 balance lines or remove $0 balance lines altogether

  14. get password warnings (1 week, 1 month) ahead of time to warn that passwords for expiring

    That way you could change it right away or before it expires so you are not stuck and locked out of Procentive when your system administrator is not available.

  15. Redacting

    We would like to have a way to respond to ROIs electronically to reduce staff time in finding each part of the record, printing it, redacting by hand, recopying and then sending out.

  17. Dark Mode

    Hi, I would like to suggest adding a user preference option of Dark Mode. This would ease the usage of Procentive for those of use with eyesight and headache issues. Comparable settings can be observed in Windows Office 365 and Google Chrome settings.

    Waiting List in Appts - sortable
    It would be great to be able to sort using the column headers in the waiting list to be able to more quickly find clients who've been on the waiting list the longest when an appointment becomes available.

    multiple users for theralink. for example, having two individuals at 2 different locations who are able to join the telehealth session. for instance if i am doing a couples therapy session, i only have 1 identified client (they are the primary insured) so technically i have to identify 1 of the 2 individuals as the primary. how do we invite the second person to the telehealth sessions if they are not technically the primary client; and not in the EHR system as a client.
