    Be able to choose the color and color code clients by each program, location, and group. In addition be able to choose these colors.

  2. Restrict codes listed in the Service - Work (Time Add) window to ones that match the Program (pulled from client Authorizations)

    Procentive already has a feature that restricts codes in Group Time Add to active codes with auths for that client. Take it a step further and only show codes for each (as pulled from the client's authorization where the program was selected) that match the Program selected in the Service - Work (Time Add) window.

  3. Separate system for rejections and errors from X12 Reports

    In addition to or instead of the X12 Claim Data Reports, communicate rejection and error information exclusively for the client, date of service, and billed amount the error or rejection pertains to. The current system displays an enormous amount of text, most of which is of no interest to the user, requiring users to search for the rejection, determine where (and if) it applies, research what the rejection means, and frequently open the payments module for a different client who's not on the claim originally clicked on.

  4. X12 Claim Data Reports Font Size

    Increase the font size on the X12 Claim Data Reports to match the rest of the standard font size throughout the program. Currently, it defaults to very small text and a font that is difficult to read.

  5. Remove "MA authorizations must be of length 11" warning message

    Since Service Agreements are a thing of the past, the warning/reminder, "MA authorizations must be of length 11." seems obsolete. Is there a setting we have that we could use to turn it off just within our company or is it Procentive wide? It's helpful to use the auth # field for billing information on occasion (e.g. "Pending auth" - since this shows in the Time module and on reports), but entering a non-11 digit number can hinder providers from entering services if they see a warning/error message when they do time add.

  6. Add Member ID Ang Group # to 1010 and 1370

    It would be incredibly helpful if the 1010 and 1370 reports included field options for the insurance Member ID and group #. These fields are available on the 1310, and are very useful, but the 1310 can only pull invoice lines that have an outstanding balance, and it does not show payment information.

    Having this data included on the 1010 and 1370 would save a lot of time when communicating consistent issues with payers, and allow us to more easily identify groups that could help us pinpoint issues or reach out for marketing possibilities.

  7. Easier way to view Releases of Information

    Suggestion to add a drop down option in the "Type" field in the Clinical/Charting module. The option would be entitled "Release of Information" so all ROI's can be viewed together.

  8. Mass Messages

    It would be helpful to be able to sort "by Payor" on Mass Messages. Using Blue Plus for example, all BP members are getting new ID and new Plan codes, effective 1/1/2024. I would like to message out the importance of getting that info to us, etc.

  9. 1014 Report - Commercial Member ID

    Hello,
    Would it be possible to add a field to pull the member id for the 1014 report? I see that we can pull the MA member id, but not for commercial payers. This would be great if it was something that could be added.

  12. Appointment Reminders

    Is there a way at all to add a "are you sure you want to cancel reminders" button if people accidentally turn off reminders?

    We are having many clients that get confused by that and apparently all it takes is one click to cancel the reminders.

    It would be great to have the 3130 report to have a feature where it links to the workflow module when there is a workflow set up to send notice of a treatment plan review being due. Once the workflow is completed by the staff associated with that specific patient, the treatment plan expiration would then no longer show up when running the 3130 report stating that it is expiring.

  15. billing outpatient, change of payers

    When payers change, allow for each service line to be updated with the new code, rate, auth, etc. in the "Change Time" window just like it does when selecting the appropriate code, marked with "(auth)" at then end, in the Service window. Either that, or allow individual line changes in the Group format Service window without disturbing the other lines in the group.
    Also, in addition to the drop down to select different payers in the "Change Client" window, could there be some master list, so it's obvious at a glance what a client's payer history is? I find it…

  17. Add New CCBHC Fields to Raw Data Report

    In the Raw Data Report parameters, there is an "Additional Fields" dropdown that allows us to choose from a range of Client Fields to pull onto the report. The Client Fields include several demographics found on the client card; however, none of the newly added CCBHC fields (e.g., Consumer Status, Housing/Residential Status) are on there.

    It would be really helpful to have those fields added so that they can be selected on future raw data reports without requiring a form.

    Since the signature box dates the signature why not eliminate the date box?

    Move the save button near the signature code box.

    Eliminate the pop up box that asks if I really intend to sign.

    Move the audit ready button near the signature box.

  19. Follow up Date Feature

    I wanted to know if there could be a feature added whereas a claim can be pushed out or report that can determine when was the last follow up completed on an claim? Example: When working the 1310 (Unpaid) report and billing staff wants to run an updated report without the claims that has been followed up on within the last 30-45 days. I believe that this help avoid checking on a claim that has been recently worked or has been paid and claim will not show on the updated report. Thank you!

  20. multiple log ins for group

    I wanted to offer our process for our different group programming in order to create an enhancement request for the Commission's Report and eliminate the need for one provider to have multiple logins for tracking commission payments.

    Two providers facilitate a group. Each of these providers may lead more than one group with a completely different provider (so one provider may have multiple combinations).
