An error occurred while saving the comment Jana commentedIf your providers are also set up to get appointment change alerts, they will be notified as soon as an appointment of theirs is marked cancel. When we add new staff, the default for appointment alerts is to their email, but this can be changed to text notifications.

My additional comment is to also make the statement report(s) intuitive so they exclude clients who receive their statement via portal (when we need to run paper statements for clients who are not registered for portal).
