Billing Status Default view
Would love to be able to default the Color type to Billing status in the Appointment module/schedule for the agency.

Can Procentive improve the capability for canceling Resource reservations (at present our only option is to have them deleted and most staff do not have Delete capability).

copy appointment
Make it more clear when using the Copy button in the appointment that the appointment you are working on it the copy. Right now, a new appointment doesnt pop up, it is hard to know if you are working on the copy.

ticket
Oftentimes therapists link a ticket to a specific appointment.
Could you set up blue links so we can go directly to the client module or dashboard from a ticket linked to a specific appointment?

Mass Messages
It would be helpful to be able to sort "by Payor" on Mass Messages. Using Blue Plus for example, all BP members are getting new ID and new Plan codes, effective 1/1/2024. I would like to message out the importance of getting that info to us, etc.

Appointment Reminders
Is there a way at all to add a "are you sure you want to cancel reminders" button if people accidentally turn off reminders?
We are having many clients that get confused by that and apparently all it takes is one click to cancel the reminders.

appointment audible notification
Currently after checking in a client who has arrived in the appointment, the appointment will flash indicating to the Therapist that their next client has arrived - It would be helpful to enhance this to also give an audible notification noise with the alert on top of the flashing.

Time Add Window
Time Add Window-option to close after first Service Line Added.
We have many staff that think they are "correcting" a service line but are adding additional service lines instead. I would like the option to have that window go away after hitting "save" and then anyone that needs multiple service lines can go back to the appointment. Having it as an option in Settings to stay up or go away would allow agency specific customization.2 votes -
Add change log to Resource Reservations (in Resources Module)
Can a change log be added to Resource Reservations (in Resources Module) the same as logs for regular appointments in Appts Module

Eligibility Module - add Appointment Type column
It would be helpful to have a column for Appt Type in the Eligibility Module because the process for intake client appts is different than for follow-up appts so this would help staff be able to process things appropriately for each type of appointment without needing to run a separate report to identify all the intakes, for example. And without needing to click into each appt on the eligibility list.

Alternate colors on "appointment" section of dashboard for easier viewing.
To make the appointments section of the dashboard easier to view, format with alternating colors. Or simply make each appointment line be able to be "clicked" on and therefore highlighted.

Appointments side bar: Add diagnostic assessment and treatment plan dates
Suggestion to post the diagnostic assessment and treatment plan dates in the side bar, the same area as the releases of information and notice of privacy practice dates. This way workers have a quick snapshot of crucial dates without having to flip to other modules..

More data regarding unkept appts
We would like to be able to get more detailed data regarding reasons for unkept appts beyond just Client Canceled, Staff Canceled. At this point we can type in the Reason for status change textbox, but that's freeform text so there is no consistency and makes it difficult to tabulate the data to see any patterns, etc. It would be nice to have a user-defined picklist for this purpose.

55 minute appointments
It would be very helpful if you added "55 minutes" to the drop-down options under Duration in Appointments (currently 45, 50 and 1 hour are options). Our sessions are usually 50 minutes or 55 minutes, not an hour, and there is a very important difference billing-wise between 50 and 55 minutes. This would be a very simple change on your end that would save us a lot of time with the repeated task of manually entering 55 minutes.

Sync Location with Availability.
When adding an appointment from the Staff Availability, have the appointment Location flow when the appointment is being created. Saves from human error and a click.
