  1. Time add entries

    It would be very helpful if we has the ability to set up an alert/prompt when staff select a certain billing code when creating a time add for a session. If this could be specific to certain codes that require more information to be entered into the "note" box before they could save the time entry, it would create less work chasing after that information after the fact. For example, when billing "on hold" we request staff to select what the appropriate code should be once it is ready to be flipped and billed out. We have several codes set…

  2. Credit Card use

    I WISH WISH WISH Procentive could create a report you could run or create a pop up message that would appear, that Procentive would know that you just posted an insurance payment to a clients DOS (like we post through the ERA module) and the system see's that there is a CC on file - it would alert us right away so that we could run the cc for the client responsibility.

    Also, I WISH WISH WISH Procentive would see a time-add and could see that there was a $ ($30) amount in the "copay" field and it would signal…

  3. Ability to add copays/see copays while processing an ERA in the ERA module

    Please create the ability within the ERA module that when processing an ERA if a client has a copay as a credit, you can see that and apply it simultaneously while processing the ERA. Additionally, add the client's CCD balance to the ERA processing window so a biller can see if a client has a high CCD while processing ERA.

  4. saving claims in ERAs

    We have to click on each claim in our ERAs to ensure that the session is saved correctly (some need to go to secondary, adjusted for co-pays already entered, etc.). It would be nice to have a keystroke option for saving a claim instead of moving the mouse back and forth between claim and save.

  5. Add Location to Payment window in ERA Module

    From the ERA module, when the New Payment window opens, it does not have a location drop down in this window.

    Is there a way to add the location drop down to this window or to make it look like it does when you add a new payment in the Payments module?

  6. Back date automatic adjustment of Expected Revenue

    We currently back date our end of the month invoices to the month they should be billed in. For example, at the beginning of April we are finishing up our March billings and we back date the invoice to 3/31/21. However we have discovered that the automatic adjustment from he expected revenue are not being back dated as well. So the discount is going into the current month and the invoice is going into the prior month. We are hoping that the discount will also be able to be backdated so that our net revenue is correct.

  7. Change Time Entry - Active vs Inactive Diagnosis Codes

    When in the Billing Module and a claim errors out in the Change Time Window it would be nice that on the diagnosis tab, that it lists whether a diagnosis code is active vs inactive, so that when you are trying to fix the error, you don't mistakenly select an inactive Diagnosis code for the client.

  8. Add a warning or stop billing on/beyond discharge date.

    I believe it is a very high priority to create an edit/stop within Procentive that will flag/stop/prevent a claim being billed beyond the discharge date or better yet, on the discharge date, per billing guidelines for Institutional claims. Billing should not be done for the day of discharge.

  9. Electronic Module add Notes Tab to log rejection

    Is there a way in the Electronic Module you can add the Notes tab to add a note? It would be so helpful to make a note on a rejection vs having to go back into each report mode batch to see what it was and who it was for and easier to check if it has been resolved.

  11. X12 raw data

    It would be wonderful to have a Knowledge Hub article that explains the X12 raw data. When an invoice is rejected, it is often difficult to impossible to figure out why, resulting in the necessity of a ticket.

    Please create the ability to upload paper eob's/denials into the payments module for a specific check. These usually involve multiple clients and would be a single place to easily attach directly to the check. This would also be HIPAA compliant.

  14. Authorization control on claims

    We just billed a batch of claims to BHF/CCDTF, but they went out with an authorization number from the client's retro-termed PMAP insurance. Suggestion: Beyond the warning pop-up "Make sure you check the amounts tab for the correct rate, client responsiblity (copay), etc.", build in a control that ensures the Authorization field is pulling from the Payer being billed. I can currently select any authorization available through any payer as long as it matches the code.

  15. Admissions tab data flow into Billing

    Only select admissions with matching dates and Program. Currently appears to select any line with a matching date span. This has caused claims to deny.

  16. Add Warning in Billing Module for Travel Code

    Similar to the message that appears when the Interactive Complexity code 90785 does not have a primary service code to bill with:
    WARNING (you will not be able to submit this electronically): The code 90785 must be billed with 90791, 90792, 90832, 90834, 90837, 90833, 90836, 90838, 99201-99255, 99304-99337, 99341-99350, 90853, or H2035.

  17. Expired Diagnoses should not flow to service lines

    It would be a time saver and good technology if expired diagnoses did not flow to service lines. I know if marked Inactive they will not flow, but that is an extra step to identify and mark them Inactive when they are already invalid(inactive) based on the expiration date. This would save time because currently the expired diagnoses flow to service lines (making it appear there is a valid diagnosis/es), staff take time to complete the service line and not until they click Save do they get an error for no valid diagnosis.

  18. RESIDENTIAL CALENDAR

    You know how the dates of the month are on the top of the calendar?
    PLEASE also have these dates on the bottom of the calendar since new clients show up on the bottom. and that is where we are working. Thank you.

    Admissions tab: Please adjust so it is ordered with most recent stays are on the top.
    I have client's with up to 40 -50 stays and we have to scroll down to the bottom to work on the Admissions line and see most recent info.

  20. Dashboard doesn't indicate re-sent claims

    The "Recent billings" portion of client's dashboard only indicates the first time a claim was sent. I would like the section to reflect when the claim was re-sent to the same payer.
