Warning for recurring appointment ending
It would reduce a lot of human error if there was a workflow or a message of some sort that lets a Clinician/Intake Staff know when there's X amount of appointment remaining.

Please add in the Code description to the report. The description would be helpful because you can bill the same code to DHS but can get paid differently.

Refunds/NSF Module Print View
Please add in the "Type" column to the print view, it appears while in the Module but doesn't transfer over when you click the print icon.

Would like to request that the Client ID# could be added to the 3680 report please.

Excel Update to Increase Line Limit
It would be great if Excel could be updated to allow for more lines than 65,000 - when running the Raw Billing Data report, staff are needing to stitch together the output to have a cohesive export.

We are requesting that email fields be added to the Phone tab. Now that we have more virtual services we need space for multiple email addresses for a client (parent, guardian, client).

I would like to be able to filter out clients who are no longer on the waitlist. We have a lot of clients show up in this report whose end dates have been reached, or who didn't have an end date entered, but were removed from the list at some point in the past - they no longer show up on the actual waitlist in the appointments module, but they show up on the 3450 report.

Diagnosis functionality / Billing Residential calendar
Use the full functionality of the Client, Diagnosis tab in conjunction with billing Residential claims. Right now, when I bill from the Residential calendar, it appears to pull all available diagnoses, regardless of active/inactive, program, date range, etc. It would be extremely useful if it only pulled diagnoses with a matching program name or date range. This would allow for full use of the Diagnosis tab's functionality/capacity for a full history, without creating a burden for the billers of having to weed through duplicates or diagnoses that don't pertain to the billing at hand.

Modifying Diagnosis Code Logic for Residential Calendars to Mirror Individual and Group Service Lines
Currently, service lines generated from the Residential calendar do not follow the same logic in pre-selecting only diagnosis codes associated with that program. Adding this logic will reduce rejections/denials for billing inappropriate diagnosis codes, as well as reduce time spent removing any diagnosis codes after a 3rd, since institutional claims do not allow for more than 3.
