We would like to request an addition to client portal documents which will hopefully help with clients who are unable to sign the documents. Please add a 'if this device has a touch screen, please check this box to use your mouse' box, like the one found on client contact logs. This enhancement request is being made at the suggestion of Kris Zerse via ticket # 3434569 . She believes having that box available in documents which have been kiosked to the portal will help clients with a touch screen be able to successfully sign the documents.

I agree this is a much needed change with the increase in remote work and form signing, and high chances that clients are using a touchscreen. We have clients who are unable to sign necessary forms and this seems to be a fairly easy addition since it exists with other forms. Thank you in advance for your attention to this requested enhancement.

This is a really important and simple fix, please make it. Everyone is using remote signatures a lot now and we get frequent problems where clients using touchscreen devices can't figure out how to sign their forms. This simple reminder, that is on the forms otherwise, would really help. I had discussed this via a ticket as well...
On signatures, the feature "Check here if you are using a touchscreen and want to use the mouse" does not show up on kiosked forms -- so clients with touchscreens can't switch to a mouse signature on kiosked documents.
