Ticket Module Unwieldy!
The ticketing system is very unwieldly and confusing. It takes way too much time to make sure all the steps were followed. It should follow more of a messaging model.

It would be much easier to use the Messaging module to communicate with BillCare, rather than the Ticket module, which is difficult to use.
