Client Portal scheduling beyond the appointment window issue.
We have set a limitation on how far out a client can set an appointment in the future (i.e. 2 or 3 months). This avoids a client booking out weekly for a year, and then dropping therapy the following month. However, when they schedule through the Client Portal, despite the fact a client can not actually schedule beyond that limit, there is nothing that tells the client that they did not actually book that time 3+ months out. They believe they booked it, but it does not show on our calendars. Any date beyond the scheduling window needs to be 'grayed out' or return an error message.
