    We would like this as well so that we can send text reminders to adolescent clients and their parents.

  2. We want clients to be able to select the appointment type when scheduling via the client portal so we know if it is in person or telehealth.

    Client Portal Self Scheduling Enhancement Request

    It would be really nice if the self-scheduling requests went straight to the counselor.

    In the meantime, since all requests are coming to me, it would be great if the requests would say which counselor they’re requesting, so that I can forward the request to the counselor.
