If gender field is not filled by client, the absence of a choice overrides whatever was put in the client module, resulting in errored claims. With many names (e.g. Frances, Kim, Jaime, etc) it is impossible to know what to re-put without checking with therapist. Therapists are very busy these days...

The amount that a client owes may result from co-pays, co-insurance, and/or deductibles across more than one service line. When sending client to collection agency, one must create a new bill for each line of service assigning the amount to the agency. Could there be a way to indicate the total amount being sent to collections, then assigning a portion to each service line?

Notes are allowed for each individual claim, but if I have looked at all, and written notes, I still have to click on the payer in the collections module to see that.

Having this option would remove the necessity of keeping the paper, and having to rifle through whatever file to find needed information.

Password manager is connected to the browser. For chrome, click on 3 vertical dots at upper right and select "settings." Click on "autofill" in left hand column, then "passwords."
