I use Dragon Naturally Speaking and have found it to be "generally" usable within the progress note template. (I say "generally" because there are times when I'd like to edit something but Dragon is unresponsive. ) It does not work within the treatment plan or diagnostic assessment templates. One work-around is to use Dragon in a Microsoft Word document, then cut and past into Procentive.
