video reminder in SMS messaging
It would be great for the SMS text reminders to patients to differentiate whether the appointment is scheduled as in person or telehealth appointment, as this is the preferred method of communication with most patients for reminder messages.

Faxes Module - Print Sent Faxes with Cover Sheet
We sometimes need a print/pdf version of our Sent Faxes (including details we typed in the cover sheet) for support/documentation of records releases or for reviewing/appealing billing issues. Since we are able to print Received faxes, could that be replicated for Sent Faxes?

Increase Text Reminder Character Limit
We are requesting a text message character limit increase. Right now depending on length of client and staff name we are maxing out with as minimum characters as possible for text message reminders. Looking to have this increased to allow a more detailed message for their reminders so there isn't confusion.

Live Updates alert
It would be nice to have an alert/notification/message when there is something added to the Live Updates page. Otherwise there is nothing to point us to check the page for any important updates.

More and advanced texting capabilities
We would love more texting capability since that is most clients' preferred mode of communication. This would include the ability to text a single client directly as well as ideally being able to run a report and send texts based on the results.

SMS Reminder Messages should NOT automatically cancel appointments without notifying the provider
Currently, Procentive will send SMS text message reminders to clients. Even though the message says "Do Not Reply to This Text", if a client replies and says the word "Cancel" in the response, it will automatically cancel the appointment.
This is incredibly confusing because the appointment change log will not show any changes to the appointment, and the provider won't be notified about the change in appointment status, and it has caused clients to be considered a "No Show" instead of a "Cancel" or a "Late Cancel".
The SMS should either not accept replies at all, or if it accepts…

UX For Creating A Ticket Improvement
Clicking "Help" or a ? button is not very intuitive, and a lot of new providers have a hard time making a ticket because that doesn't make sense.

UI for Faxing needs updating
To fax documents, I select them then click "change" fill out fax information and click "save". No one would guess that is how you send a fax.

Ticketing Time Stamp
When you create a ticket and save it, then it has the date created. When you add a new comment, there is a date and time associated with each new comment on that ticket. It would be great if you could not only see the date the ticket was originally created, but also the time.

Ticket Templates
It would be great if you could program in templates for tickets - a lot of the tickets that our admin/billing staff send are repetitive. It would be a huge time saver just pick from a list of common ones/fill in the blanks instead of typing them out every time.

uploaded documents not reflected on client dashboard fax log
When we fax from within a document along with any uploaded documents, the 'fax log' within that document shows both the holding document AND the uploaded documents in the fax log (appropriately), however on the Fax Log on the client dashboard, this does not reflect any uploaded documents faxed. Could these both reflect the same documentation and reflect the complete fax that was sent? We have sent faxes where we ONLY sent an uploaded document and that did not show on the dashboard at all which caused a lot of confusion and a lot of time searching for that documentation…

Please add Ticket search feature by "New" or " Added to"
Please add a way to search tickets by just new ones that are the cause the Ticketing Module to flash. It is difficult when you get added to a ticket and you can't locate it, especially if it's an older one.

Messaging Flash for other employees who have access
It would be great if the messaging module would flash for an employee that I have given access to my messaging, when I get a message. That way they will know there is a new message instead of just having to constantly look in there to catch new messages.

Ticket editing
We would like our tickets sent within our agency to have the same restrictions as tickets sent to Procentive. Currently, staff may edit the Title and Description at any time - regardless of whether or not they created the ticket. This can cause confusion when attempting to get things corrected by staff - if the original ticket information is able to be edited by someone other than the sender. Thank you!

thera-LINK messaging feature added to integrated option
It would be helpful to have access to the 'messaging' option that thera-LINK utilizes on their site (for clinicians to communicate securely with clients at any time, in addition to the 'chat' feature that is available during sessions) within the integrated option that thera-LINK and Procentive have developed. At this time, the messaging feature is only available if you have thera-LINK separately from Procentive - it is not offered in the integrated option.

It would be nice to be able to upload a file when creating a ticket -
I can't find where you can upload when creating a ticket, that you have to send the ticket, then open and attach the upload. It would be nice to be able to upload when creating the ticket.

Scanning in Ticketing
It would be nice if we could scan a document directly into ticketing instead of having to upload a saved, scanned document.
