  2. saving claims in ERAs

    We have to click on each claim in our ERAs to ensure that the session is saved correctly (some need to go to secondary, adjusted for co-pays already entered, etc.). It would be nice to have a keystroke option for saving a claim instead of moving the mouse back and forth between claim and save.

  3. Expired Diagnoses should not flow to service lines

    It would be a time saver and good technology if expired diagnoses did not flow to service lines. I know if marked Inactive they will not flow, but that is an extra step to identify and mark them Inactive when they are already invalid(inactive) based on the expiration date. This would save time because currently the expired diagnoses flow to service lines (making it appear there is a valid diagnosis/es), staff take time to complete the service line and not until they click Save do they get an error for no valid diagnosis.

  4. RESIDENTIAL CALENDAR

    You know how the dates of the month are on the top of the calendar?
    PLEASE also have these dates on the bottom of the calendar since new clients show up on the bottom. and that is where we are working. Thank you.

  5. private pay multiple cpt code pay rates

    We have a sliding scale private pay option for our cash pay clients. If a rate is entered in client enrollment payer it charges that rate no matter the cpt code. We would like to set the charge rate based on cpt code (different rate for a 30 minute vs 60 minute session).

  6. Invoice number permission

    We would like to add a permission that could be added to a role, that would allow to change the invoice number and if a role didn't have that permission, a staff wouldn't be able to accidentally delete or alter that field.

    This would help prevent human error or possible autofill issues, when billing.

  7. Time add entries

    It would be very helpful if we has the ability to set up an alert/prompt when staff select a certain billing code when creating a time add for a session. If this could be specific to certain codes that require more information to be entered into the "note" box before they could save the time entry, it would create less work chasing after that information after the fact. For example, when billing "on hold" we request staff to select what the appropriate code should be once it is ready to be flipped and billed out. We have several codes set…

  8. Add Location to Payment window in ERA Module

    From the ERA module, when the New Payment window opens, it does not have a location drop down in this window.

    Is there a way to add the location drop down to this window or to make it look like it does when you add a new payment in the Payments module?

  9. Back date automatic adjustment of Expected Revenue

    We currently back date our end of the month invoices to the month they should be billed in. For example, at the beginning of April we are finishing up our March billings and we back date the invoice to 3/31/21. However we have discovered that the automatic adjustment from he expected revenue are not being back dated as well. So the discount is going into the current month and the invoice is going into the prior month. We are hoping that the discount will also be able to be backdated so that our net revenue is correct.

  10. Admissions tab data flow into Billing

    Only select admissions with matching dates and Program. Currently appears to select any line with a matching date span. This has caused claims to deny.

  11. Residential Calendar

    I have 130 people in my June calendar. I request the following tweaks to help me correctly add As, Ps and Ds!(in order of importance).

    1) Often I am working on a clients admission data for the month and because we have so many clients, the client's line is far away from the dates listed on the top.   12. Follow up Date Feature

    I wanted to know if there could be a feature added whereas a claim can be pushed out or report that can determine when was the last follow up completed on an claim? Example: When working the 1310 (Unpaid) report and billing staff wants to run an updated report without the claims that has been followed up on within the last 30-45 days. I believe that this help avoid checking on a claim that has been recently worked or has been paid and claim will not show on the updated report. Thank you!

  13. 835 upload

    Would like to be able to upload or send a ticket with the 835 file for uploading so we do not have to manually enter the claim for the payers that do not send electronic remits. Optum/UMR has a couple areas that only send via Vpay and no ERA, we have to go to Optum pay and download the pdf, there is an 835 file available for download also but I am told Procentive cannot take those.

  14. ADMISSION

    I am struggling with refiling older claims and having to delete "valid" discharge dates and Status codes informtion that was entered for newer claims.

    I am hoping this can be claim specific instead of just under the admissions tab within the patient. It really makes it difficult to have to change the discharge information for refiled claims and then have to go back into the Admissions Tab and re-enter the discharge/status information so it's saved in the chart.

  15. Electronic Module Advanced Search

    I am a huge fan of the recent change to display BILLING staff name instead of Provider staff name on the Electronic Module page. With this new change in mind, I suggest adding "Staff" and "Reviewed" to the Advance Search parameters. This way, each biller could isolate the invoices they billed, and eliminate long lists of previously checked claims, allowing items to be easily sorted by other parameters.

    Ability to see the full details of the code in or from the "Change Time" window (number, modifier, name, description, revenue code, value 24 code). In our agency, many codes have similar/identical number and revenue codes, but other details are different. Since this is all the Change Time window displays, it can be difficult to verify which code is used at a glance.   18. Increased visibility on Admit & discharge info

    Display and allow editing of Admit and Discharge info (including the "Day Code") on the X12 Claim Data Tab when billing (X12 opens from the "data" hyperlink that's on the "Confirm Invoices" window). Currently, this info is buried in the Change Client window, Admissions tab, and in the "Residential Days" window (opens from the "Edit Days" hyperlink that's on the "Change Time" window), or in the "Service" window (opens from lines in the Residential view of the Time Module).   19. base codes and base modifiers to allow for multiple rates

    Give us the ability to have set a base of codes and a set base of modifiers (both of these would not be attached to each other). So it would be more like a drop down system. We first select the code from a drop down. Then once we have that if a modifier(s) is needed, then we have separate dropdowns for modifiers. This would then allow for the multiple modifier combinations insurances use, but NOT require thousands of the same codes set up in the system.   20. Move Location of Due Date from bottom to Top of Billing Statement

    Right now the Due Date on a client statement does not stand out. It is on the bottom in the middle of other data. Moving it to the top of the statement, maybe in BOLD, but not crowded with other info, would seem to improve the likelihood of receiving client payments in a timely manner. Thank you!
