More than one number for Text Reminders
We have staff asking if it is possible to have text reminders sent to more than one number? We have clients who live between two households and both parents are requesting to get the text reminders.

Pronouns
We would like to have the "Gender Identity" section from the Client Information Module appear on the right-hand side bar that comes up when you select a client appointment. This will help anyone who is viewing the appointment or client information know proper pronouns to use.

Display Client's Preferred Name in Client List
Display Preferred Name in Client List
Currently, Procentive only displays a client's legal name, so searching for clients who are transgender or who go by a different name than the one on their ID is difficult. Can we have the client list display a preferred name in the search so we don't have to open profiles to find a client?11 votes -
Add a column in the Clients Module for email address
Procentive does not have a report where we can generate a list of Active clients on a given clinician's caseload. In other words, the clinician should be Actively associated with the client. Currently, the reports generate a list of clients who have the clinician listed in the staff tab, regardless of whether or not they are currently Actively associated with the client (i.e. the Active box is unchecked). Essentially, we need information to pull from the clinician's Active caseload in the Clients Module so that we can quickly generate a list and communicate with a provider's caseload, in the event…

Multiple Locations
It would be great if you could select more than one location for a client, similar to how you do in the Staff module. We have clients seeing multiple providers, and not necessarily at the same location. In order for all providers to be able to see the client's file/charting, we have to set the client's default location to [none], so some of our reports, etc are not accurate.

client detail view
It would be helpful to have all client email addresses listed on the client detail view, just like all phone numbers are listed.

Default "Use this Email" for Primary Email to say "Yes"
We would like to see in the Client's Profile, Phone/Email tab, to have the Primary Email, Use this Email, defaulted to yes.

Copy client in Clients module
It would be nice if we could copy a family member that is already in the clients module when there are multiple family members that will be coming to treatment to be seen. Instead of having to add each client separately this would allow us to only need to change the information that is different for each family member such as DOB, last 4 of social, etc., but all other information that is the same will already be populated and not need to be re-entered again and again.

Add Date field for "On Waitlist" in Client profile
I want to know if it is possible to add a date field on the staff tab in the client module to show when a client has been put on a waitlist.
And then have that date as one of the Sort field on the 3170 Report

Authorization tab date sort ability
Is it possible to allow the ability to sort the auth screen by the from date or the to date to keep them in order? I noticed that the admission tab automatically sorts when an older date is entered(previously missed or deleted and added after the fact). Wondering if this can be done.

Programs/Groups Tab on Client Module to Show Programs/Groups for Client's Location ONLY (Instead of Agency-Wide Programs/Groups)
Our agency offers different programs to our clients and need the Programs/Group tab under the Clients Module to reflect only the programs and groups for that client's particular program.
It gets VERY convoluted when every group for every program/location shows up on a client's chart on the clients module.

autofill addresses if same as client in the mail tab and payer tab
Here is one of my suggestions - in the Mail tab and the "Payer tab, can there be an option to choose "same address as client?" and just have it fill in if that's chosen? We have a lot of minors and when filling in those addresses in each box, it would be a time saver to just be able to choose, "same address as client."

Add a drop down under the Note in the Client Module indicating whether or not contact was made.
We would like to track whether or not contact was made with the client. We would like a drop down under the note indicating "contact" or "no contact". Then we would like this information added to Report 3680.

Link Contacts to Payers
Currently we have the ability to associate a Contact with a Payer, but there is no actual connection between the Contact and the Payers Module - this would be a nice feature.

Show Multiple Emails in Client Detail Report
When clients have multiple emails listed in the phone tab, it would be great to see all of these in the client detail report view. Currently, only the primary email shows. Having a table similar to how multiple phone numbers are displayed in the client detail report would be helpful for staff who only have this view in the client module.

Would like the option to schedule a monthly auto pay to charge the clients credit card saved in the vault for clients we have auto pay agreement with.

Verification Form Enhancements
Here are the items I would like to be added to the verification form:
Preferred name
Gender Identity
Sexual orientation
A release signed by the client for medical billing data related to the claim: the signature date on that (I did see that does pull onto the client detail, but would be too much for the purpose we would use the client verification form)
Race
Ethnicity
Preferred Language
The current medication under the medical tab if that could pull in

client alert
Is it possible to set up an alert to pop up on certain clients before scheduling or when opening their chart?
Times this would be helpful:
-generally increase communication between staff on important information needed with specific clients
-billing could set an alert if they are waiting on client information, which would be seen by other staff anytime they are with the client/scheduling with the client the phone
-alerts to be cautious if there specific scenarios around guardianship for the client
-reminders if client frequently has technology challenges to take time with client on the phone to set up appointments…3 votes
