Preferred name for staff
I think it would be FANTASTIC if there was a "preferred name" field for staff, much like there is for clients. Even better is if it would default to the preferred name for things like tickets, clinical/charting, etc.

Department number
Adding a department number to staff profile - We see value in adding a place within the staff profile for a department number. And then being able to report off of the employee ID and this department number for revenue management.

Staff Change Log
We would like to see a Change Log feature in the Staff module, like the one in Clients' files, so we can see who made which updates to a staff's profile & when it occurred.

QUICK ADD FEATURE
My staff and I are creating an employee handbook with step by step directions on how to use the quick add. Something that I noticed is that you can actually just type in the clients first name, and it will save them into the system. I am wondering if there's a way to make it mandatory to put the clients first, last mid initial and date of birth prior to the client being saved into the system. This would allow for way less systematic errors and clients being entered that are already in our system.

Update to Staff permissions
There is currently no way to limit staff to only these specific tabs (they MUST have the main Staff Tab) in the Staff Module and there is no breakout of permissions to view versus make changes in each tab – there is only the overall “Change” permission which of course would allow them to change the Staff Tab (including someone’s username, password, or Active status).
My thoughts of possible enhancements:
Add a specific permission to be able to make changes to the Staff Tab (versus view-only).
Move the access control fields from Staff Tab to Role Tab (username, password, Active)…

Supervisees
It would be great if supervisors could run both a 1300 and 2030 for both themselves and their supervisee's. They can on the 1300, but to give them that permission on the 2030 they can then see everybody (which we don't want). From a supervision standpoint it would be great to have it for themselves and supervisee's. It would also be nice on those reports (and many) to be able to separate who the primary is vs. those of a supervisee's.

credentials
We would like a column added to the Staff Module landing page that shows each therapist's full credentials.

Staff Gender
It would be lovely to have an option for a Staff person's gender that could be left as "select' or something to default. It currently defaults to "Female" and only allows for the 2 options, Male/Female. If there is an option to be left blank, then the "Gender Identity" field can be used instead of putting in a gender.

Add Start and End Dates to Billing Supervision
If there could be a date to and from field so that the system would be able to decipher if the date of service is in that time frame then it would know whether or not to pull the supervisor. This would need to be in the payers>rate>staff, this would need to be updated as the provider becomes credentialed and any outstanding claims that need to be resubmitted or processed would go out with the correct supervisor or vice versa based on the date range. Currently there is too much manual processing happening where the supervisor needs to be added…

Activing and Inactivating Staff
It would be nice if the general admin/administrator positions or identified person to only be able to activate or inactivate staff so the process of user administrator can be streamlined to ensure privacy. Curently when you remove permisisons to inactivate/activate in the system, it removes access to inactivate/activate ALL areas of procentive, not specific to a module.

Helpful to have an all-in-one platform for payroll, non-billable time-tracking, etc.
