Client portal and documents should be moblie friendly.
Most people use a mobile device rather than a computer for their everyday needs. Currently clients are at times unable to see the signing windows on their phones .

We have so many clients who don't have access to a computer. There are other programs (such as IntakeQ) that are a million times more user-friendly and allow documents to be completed and signed on a phone. We have had clients decline services due to not being so frustrated about the Portal not working on their phone.

This is so necessary - clients can't sign documents on their phones and that's what most of the population uses. It creates more work instead of making it easier when they can't sign needed documents.
