  1. Eligibility Module - add Appointment Type column

    It would be helpful to have a column for Appt Type in the Eligibility Module because the process for intake client appts is different than for follow-up appts so this would help staff be able to process things appropriately for each type of appointment without needing to run a separate report to identify all the intakes, for example. And without needing to click into each appt on the eligibility list.

  2. Alternate colors on "appointment" section of dashboard for easier viewing.

    To make the appointments section of the dashboard easier to view, format with alternating colors. Or simply make each appointment line be able to be "clicked" on and therefore highlighted.

  3. Incentive for billing 20+ clients per week

    I want my contractors to make x% for billing up to 20 clients per week, and y% for the number of clients billed over 20 clients per week. How do I set this up?
    I learned this is not an option in our current Commission Reporting module. But I'd like to think it is possible. Can you please consider providing this enhanced feature?

  4. Update to 3010 report

    Request to separate the Client Name into 2 columns, First Name, Last Name, when exporting it to Excel.

    This will make filtering/sorting/reporting much easier and speed up the workflow.

  5. Appointments side bar: Add diagnostic assessment and treatment plan dates

    Suggestion to post the diagnostic assessment and treatment plan dates in the side bar, the same area as the releases of information and notice of privacy practice dates. This way workers have a quick snapshot of crucial dates without having to flip to other modules..

  7. More data regarding unkept appts

    We would like to be able to get more detailed data regarding reasons for unkept appts beyond just Client Canceled, Staff Canceled. At this point we can type in the Reason for status change textbox, but that's freeform text so there is no consistency and makes it difficult to tabulate the data to see any patterns, etc. It would be nice to have a user-defined picklist for this purpose.

  8. Increase Text Reminder Character Limit

    We are requesting a text message character limit increase. Right now depending on length of client and staff name we are maxing out with as minimum characters as possible for text message reminders. Looking to have this increased to allow a more detailed message for their reminders so there isn't confusion.

  9. Allow adding internal units for billing codes to weight for different reimbursement rates (not to travel on billing)

    Please consider adding a space to assign units (15 min increments) to codes that do NOT travel on billing/invoices. We need this feature added so we can weight clinician compensation in accordance to the codes they bill. Some codes pay out higher per unit than others, and we want a way to compensate the clinicians for the increased revenue brought in.

    Example:
    Code 1: bill 1 unit only but is paid out at $250.00 (we want to give clinician credit for 4 units due to the higher reimbursement and non billable time spent on the code).

  10. Group Note Enhancement

    When adding a group note through clinical charting or in general, the client roster does not alphabetize to the clients, however adds them on how they are added to the group when getting to the group notes. When adding client's from the roster they are alphabetized but when going to add the note they are then unalphabetized and put in the order they are added to the group roster.

  11. Activing and Inactivating Staff

    It would be nice if the general admin/administrator positions or identified person to only be able to activate or inactivate staff so the process of user administrator can be streamlined to ensure privacy. Curently when you remove permisisons to inactivate/activate in the system, it removes access to inactivate/activate ALL areas of procentive, not specific to a module.

    About 40% of clients are unable to sign documents sent by Kiosk. I understand it may be due to using a mobile device. Enable kiosk to work easily on all devices.

  13. full code details in change time window

    Ability to see the full details of the code in or from the "Change Time" window (number, modifier, name, description, revenue code, value 24 code). In our agency, many codes have similar/identical number and revenue codes, but other details are different. Since this is all the Change Time window displays, it can be difficult to verify which code is used at a glance. For a time the role I was assigned enabled the "edit" button in this window so I could click it to view more details. This was very helpful, but now my role changed and the button is…

  14. More and advanced texting capabilities

    We would love more texting capability since that is most clients' preferred mode of communication. This would include the ability to text a single client directly as well as ideally being able to run a report and send texts based on the results.

  15. Flag the last in person visit

    CMS is now requesting an in-person visit within certain time frames for those who are doing regular telehealth visits.

    Is there a way we can flag this time line in Procentive so we can make sure we are following the rules?

    Adding a department number to staff profile - We see value in adding a place within the staff profile for a department number. And then being able to report off of the employee ID and this department number for revenue management.

  17. two factor

    Hello, we are current client of Procentive and are requesting addition of two factor authentication when logging into Procentive. This feature is available on allmost all EMRs but not available in Procentive. This is something you would want to seriously consider as cyber security is of utmost importance in the current enra.

  18. Logic to screen for modifier/POS compatibility

    We spend a fair amount of time correcting modifiers and POS in the Billing Module. For example, clinicians select 90834 GT but then select POS School instead of POS Telehealth. Or they select 90834 but then select POS 02 or 10 for TH. Would Procentive be able to add logic that would at least prompt a clinician to verify/update either CPT or POS if the POS does not match the code selected?

  19. NewCrop Client Connection

    Instead of clicking "Connect", could you have it like it is in other modules for Procentive, where you start typing part of the name in the Client text field and the drop down will sort by what you are typing. You can then select the correct client in the drop-down and it will link to that client and no need to select "Connect"

  20. Live Updates alert

    It would be nice to have an alert/notification/message when there is something added to the Live Updates page. Otherwise there is nothing to point us to check the page for any important updates.
