  1. Log out of Portal after User is Inactive

    There are cases where people have tried to activate their portal with us, and then they receive an error that they're already logged in. After troubleshooting, some of them have realized that they are still logged into their portal account with another provider at another clinic that they haven't attended in years.

    Is there a way to have the account log out after they are inactive? I feel like it could be a privacy concern with shared devices in addition to causing issues when households have one computer and multiple accounts on the portal.

  2. Client Portal Document Visibility Controls

    The enhancement request I have pertains to an issue within the client portal. Currently, clients and client representatives given access to the portal are able to view forms saved by clinicians as long as the portal manager has assigned access to the specific form. The issue arises when clients and client representative are able to view incomplete documents not yet intended for viewing. For example, a clinician often takes multiple days to complete forms like the weekly progress update, transition plan, and discharge summary.   3. Client Portal Cue

    It would be nice to have one location where we can see all users using the client portal. We have to go through each of our clients (100's) to see who has access, accessed, and pending. It would be nice on the admin end to have a location to see all of the clients associated with the portal instead of remembering each number, guardian, or representative who has received an invite.

  4. Client Portal Invite restriction

    We've had an issue with multiple invites being sent to the same client. Hopefully there could be a limit on how many could received in a certain timeframe.

  5. Easier accessibility within client portal

    To help reduce the number of unsaved and unsigned documents, it would be nice to have easier accessibility to the next button within the client portal (kiosk). Posting on behalf of Lora at MNTC.

  6. In the Client Portal Manager module, it used to work that, if you navigated away from that module but then navigated back or if you refreshe

    In the Client Portal Manager module, it used to work that, if you navigated away from that module but then navigated back or if you refreshed the page, it would still show the same patient. The system no longer works like that, which is inconvenient.

  7. Client representatives and client signatures

    Client representatives and clients should all be able to sign the document from their separate logins when the document is sent to the client portal once, instead of having to resend the document to the portal after each signature is submitted.

  8. Use Families module to link portal accounts for family members

    We should be able to use the families module to link client portal accounts in the same family so that only one login is needed and scheduling can all be done from one portal account.

    Be able to duplicate document in multiple files. i.e. we scan the main client ID in client>payers>documents, yet we have to do that for each client so in a family situation this can be 4 to 5 times, and couples 2 times. We currently scan and save to desk top them load the documents; however, it would be great if there was a button that said "Duplicate to other Clients" and allow you to either place the other client numbers or just duplicate on all other files were the client is the primary payer.
