Legal vs True/Preferred Name and Prounouns
I would like a way to have a person’s true name (if different than their legal name) to show up prominently on reports, in the client module etc so as to respect those in the trans community who have a dead name that is harmful for them to see/hear. First, re-titleing ‘Preferred Name’ to ‘Preferred/True name’ and having that name show up along with the legal name in all instances. Client portal and documents should be moblie friendly.
Most people use a mobile device rather than a computer for their everyday needs. Currently clients are at times unable to see the signing windows on their phones .

Hello, it would be fabulous if Procentive had a app for our clients with client portal. most of our clients that need to use the client portal do not have access to a computer/tablet or larger device and so they need to do it on their smart phone. This would create a much user friendly option for our clients. thank you!

Electronic Signature for Clients in the Portal
It would be really helpful if clients could use a digital signature for forms in the Client Portal....similar to what is used in Clinical Charting. We are always receiving forms with no signatures.

family members in same portal
Clients who are in the same family should be able to be combined to one portal. Clients can't use the same email to set up more than one portal, and therefore need to create another email to finalize paperwork for other child/family member.

email notice sent to client when new statement is available on portal
I am wondering if there is a way to change the email notice that clients get when a new statement is available on the portal.
It currently has no reference to our Agency. ... It only references Procentive.
Currently shows as : "A new statement is available within your client portal. Please use this link to log in."At a minimum it should say>>> A new statement is available within your (agency name) client portal.

signature
We would like to request an addition to client portal documents which will hopefully help with clients who are unable to sign the documents. Please add a 'if this device has a touch screen, please check this box to use your mouse' box, like the one found on client contact logs. This enhancement request is being made at the suggestion of Kris Zerse via ticket # 3434569 . She believes having that box available in documents which have been kiosked to the portal will help clients with a touch screen be able to successfully sign the documents.

Client portal invites or messages from portal need to have some sort of client info detailing who it's for, ie client # and initials.
Parents with multiple children in therapy have no idea which client portal invites or messages (Procentive generated emails) are for which person. Emails need to include something, like initials of clients, so parents know which family member it's for. I had to help a mom fix usernames and client portal access for all 4 of her kids bc of Procentive emails being generic.

Kiosk
Requesting to have the option of kiosking forms to either the client portal or directly to an email address. Right now you have to choose one or the other for your entire agency.
It would be nice for situations where 2 parents are both completing the same forms for their child (client representative option gets too confusing/complicated), or if someone is having technical difficulties with registering/signing in to the portal, it would be great to be able to send via email as a last resort.

The system should have the ability to automatically send preset documents already in the portal to clients when the invite is sent
The system should have the ability to automatically send documents in the portal to clients when the invite is sent instead of selecting them everytime a invite is sent. I know that every client would not need all of our portal documents would they all need consents and client intakes

Electronic Statements
Please adjust settings for clients that only want an estatement and not a paper copy. Currently, it's not true electronic statements, as the paper statements will still print for your clients. If you tell it to not print the statement for the client in the mail tab of the client's account, then it won't send it to the client's portal either.

Clinician notification when documents are signed
It would be helpful for clinicians to be notified when documents are signed via the client portal, this way they would not have to guess or go under clinical charting to see if the document has been signed by the client. Notification could be done by ticket or by email, this would be extremely helpful and eliminate the guess work of who has signed what documents.

Enter credit card information directly through client portal

Client Billing Statement Auto Email default to checked
When a client creates their portal account the send statement box is NOT checked in their portal by default, therefore they are not getting billing statements emailed to them even though I have checked in our account settings that we do want statements emailed.
I have had to run a report each month for all new portal sign ups and manually select this box.
This is not a good use of my time as I feel that should be automatically set up when the client creates their account, that is the main reason may of our clients create their portal,…6 votes -
kiosk multiple copies of same form
I would like an enhancement feature that adds a drop down menu next to forms being kiosked to the client portal, that allows mutliple copies of the same form to be added, rather than the current system of manually adding that same form multiple times. Our consent forms only need to be added once, but we're always adding multiple release forms, as we request client medical records from several providers for each client.

Automate Invoices
Please automate invoices. We currently have to run report 3560 and click 'save a copy of these statements in the client module' for clients to view their invoice. If client balances were automated as Procentive receives payment from client's insurance this would save companies hours of time every week.

client portal self scheduling
We have our portal set up so that clients can request appointments.
However, we can only select one person to get a message when a client makes or requests an appointment.
