  1. Commission Report

    We recently had an intern change over to being a contracted provider. This means that we changed their commission from zero to an actual percentage. When we ran the commission report, it showed the total amount they would have earned had they been getting paid previously as an intern. Obviously, we only wanted to pay them for services starting from the time the commission percentage was changed. We were told that we have to calculate the commission manually using an excel spreadsheet and copy and pasting. This seems to be a glitch in functionality that Procentive should address. Thanks!

  2. ssis workgroup

    For our adult mental health targeted case management accounts, we are required to open an SSIS workgroup number. We're hoping to add this somewhere in the Clients module, Payers tab, in order to better track what accounts still need the workgroup opened with the county.

  3. window/content sizing

    Through the program as a whole:
    (1) Enable the content to flex to fit a given window size and/or
    (2) Set the default pop-up window size large enough to fit all contents without scrolling sideways.

    Some examples of pages where this would benefit are:
    1. The residential time module calendar (opens by default to show just the first half of the month)
    2. The main time module page (have to scroll over to see the drop-down for individual/group/residential view unless the main window is full screen, which is not always convenient)
    3. The Admissions tab in the "Change Client" window…

  4. archiving messages

    It would be great if there were an easier way to archive messages than the current open-each-one-and-check. A method as exists for email would be far preferable.

  5. Add more than 10 custom write offs in Settings Module

    We have used up all 10 custom write offs available in Settings Module. But we need more. We are requesting to be able to create more than 10 custom write offs.

  6. Tablet

    I would like to suggest a mobile device friendly platform for Procentive. Our team often utilizes tablets for rounds, medications and group documentation so that they can chart "on the go" as things happen. At times it is cumbersome utilizing Procentive on these devices. Mostly it's needing to adjust the size to be able to click on the correct items and then needing to tap on things several times to get them to open, activate the correct box etc.

  7. Time Module view settings, 90 day span error

    The current interface in the time module immediately 1) responds to each selection - date, staff, payer, etc as soon as it's selected and 2) has certain parameters that restrict the options in subsequent selection options. I suggest 1) Have a "Submit" button users can press once all desired parameters are selected. This avoids the blinking/flashing update every time users change a setting, as well as the date error that routinely appears.

  8. Client self-scheduling

    Could an option be added so that a client cannot schedule/request an appointment for the same day? For example, the client can only see appointments that are available 24hrs out from the time that they are looking at available appointments?

    This is a common feature in other EHR platforms that offer client self-scheduling and it ensures there are no last minute surprise appointments. It creates more work to notify a client that the requested appointment will not be honored if made the same day it was requested than it is to not have it available as an option.

  9. Attaching messaging

    Is it possible to be able to attach a fax to the client/payer from messaging the same way as we can from the fax queue instead of only the option to attach to clinical or documents? In documents, you have to resave then go to client/payer to upload manually. Extra steps.
    I have attachments/examples but don't see a place to upload them like in ticketing here.

  10. Ticket Module Unwieldy!

    The ticketing system is very unwieldly and confusing. It takes way too much time to make sure all the steps were followed. It should follow more of a messaging model.

  12. Drop down locations for printing

    Drop down listing all locations under one system so when we print summaries, demographics, etc., the correct location prints at the top of whatever form we print.

    We'd appreciate a log in alert which could be created when a specific staff logs in to their Procentive account. This would be especially helpful with many remotely working staff during COVID and beyond.

  14. age and status of bill/claim

    I would like to see a report that would show the bill/claims that you have submitted, the age of each submission as well as the status (denied, pending, closed, etc...). I would also like to see a dashboard showing that I have 25 bills that are 20 days old, I can click on that and then follow up with those claims to get status. For inventory management and cycle time monitoring I see this as very valuable.

  16. Residential Calendar

    I have 130 people in my June calendar. I request the following tweaks to help me correctly add As, Ps and Ds!(in order of importance).

    1) Often I am working on a clients admission data for the month and because we have so many clients, the client's line is far away from the dates listed on the top. I have to put my hand on my computer on the date and drag it down about 15 inches so when I enter the A or D, I am still on the correct date. I request that I can click on a…

  17. convert central time into correct time zone

    Please make it so the correct time zone is shown when a client cancels an appt. Currently, the CST is shown. We are in the MST zone. This makes it tricky to track when a client should be charged for a cancellation within 24 hours of their appointment, and when they cancelled more than 24 hours prior to their appointment.

  18. 8035

    In the 8035 report, would it be possible to make the "Programs" scroll box expandable? We have so many programs and it is time consuming and error provoking when selecting multiple programs and you have to scroll, it would be so much easier if we could drag the box and make it larger.   19. Lack of sensitivity on clicking to open a message

    It would be great if messages would open with a single (or even double-click) rather than having to click 15-20 times to get a message to open.

  20. Residential Report

    On the "Residential Report" (accessed through the Residential view in the time module): Ability to set the sort by different parameters: alphabetical by client name, by primary payer, or admit date. Or if the default sort was one of these instead of current default. This would make it more useful when comparing it with other pages and reports in Procentive.
