Legal vs True/Preferred Name and Prounouns
I would like a way to have a person’s true name (if different than their legal name) to show up prominently on reports, in the client module etc so as to respect those in the trans community who have a dead name that is harmful for them to see/hear. First, re-titleing ‘Preferred Name’ to ‘Preferred/True name’ and having that name show up along with the legal name in all instances. Be able to compare more than 1 day for staff appointment calendar
When comparing schedules between practitioners in order to schedule an appointment without conflicts, it only shows one day from each. It would be nice to compare weeks.

Time add entries
It would be very helpful if we has the ability to set up an alert/prompt when staff select a certain billing code when creating a time add for a session. If this could be specific to certain codes that require more information to be entered into the "note" box before they could save the time entry, it would create less work chasing after that information after the fact. For example, when billing "on hold" we request staff to select what the appropriate code should be once it is ready to be flipped and billed out. We have several codes set…

get password warnings (1 week, 1 month) ahead of time to warn that passwords for expiring
That way you could change it right away or before it expires so you are not stuck and locked out of Procentive when your system administrator is not available.

Emailing/Kiosking Forms
When a clinical document is sent through kiosk or kiosk to email, it would be great if the option that shows up at the bottom to click Next was changed to Submit instead. Right now, the client clicks on the link to get into the form and then at the bottom they have a Next button which really submits the form. It would make more sense for the person completing the form if the button said Submit instead of Next.

Redacting
We would like to have a way to respond to ROIs electronically to reduce staff time in finding each part of the record, printing it, redacting by hand, recopying and then sending out.

Move Location of Due Date from bottom to Top of Billing Statement
Right now the Due Date on a client statement does not stand out. It is on the bottom in the middle of other data. Moving it to the top of the statement, maybe in BOLD, but not crowded with other info, would seem to improve the likelihood of receiving client payments in a timely manner. Thank you!

multiple users for theralink. for example, having two individuals at 2 different locations who are able to join the telehealth session. for instance if i am doing a couples therapy session, i only have 1 identified client (they are the primary insured) so technically i have to identify 1 of the 2 individuals as the primary. how do we invite the second person to the telehealth sessions if they are not technically the primary client; and not in the EHR system as a client.

Ability to add copays/see copays while processing an ERA in the ERA module
Please create the ability within the ERA module that when processing an ERA if a client has a copay as a credit, you can see that and apply it simultaneously while processing the ERA. Additionally, add the client's CCD balance to the ERA processing window so a biller can see if a client has a high CCD while processing ERA.

Log out of Portal after User is Inactive
There are cases where people have tried to activate their portal with us, and then they receive an error that they're already logged in. After troubleshooting, some of them have realized that they are still logged into their portal account with another provider at another clinic that they haven't attended in years.
Is there a way to have the account log out after they are inactive? I feel like it could be a privacy concern with shared devices in addition to causing issues when households have one computer and multiple accounts on the portal.

Full Code on 1310 Report
When we run the 1310 Unpaid Service Lines in Excel, the Code Column is not complete. It is missing the description. The Code Box does show the full code name. Is there a way for this information to also populate on the report?

Intake/Diagnostic Assessment
Clinical/Charting, WorkFlow
Our intake staff completes an intake form with/by the client and/or guardian. It would be nice to have the option of these entries to autopopulate or somehow transfer information into the DA form. This benefits the client in repetitive questions than necessary and is efficient for clinicians.
