Client generated profile
I am wondering if there is an option for clients to create their client profile independently. Let me explain, currently a prospective client emails us with their information, we enter it into procentive to create the profile, and procentive emails them a link to set up username and password. Once they are logged in they self schedule.

Preferred name for staff
I think it would be FANTASTIC if there was a "preferred name" field for staff, much like there is for clients. Even better is if it would default to the preferred name for things like tickets, clinical/charting, etc.

Copy client in Clients module
It would be nice if we could copy a family member that is already in the clients module when there are multiple family members that will be coming to treatment to be seen. Instead of having to add each client separately this would allow us to only need to change the information that is different for each family member such as DOB, last 4 of social, etc., but all other information that is the same will already be populated and not need to be re-entered again and again.

Client Portal Document Visibility Controls
The enhancement request I have pertains to an issue within the client portal. Currently, clients and client representatives given access to the portal are able to view forms saved by clinicians as long as the portal manager has assigned access to the specific form. The issue arises when clients and client representative are able to view incomplete documents not yet intended for viewing. For example, a clinician often takes multiple days to complete forms like the weekly progress update, transition plan, and discharge summary. UI for Faxing needs updating
To fax documents, I select them then click "change" fill out fax information and click "save". No one would guess that is how you send a fax.

Allow the Client's First and Last name to be colored in the appointment & client modules
We would like the option to change the color of the Client's first and last name in the Appointment & client module. The colored notes are not a very good option as you actually have to review them to see what it means. If we could change the color of the clients name when they are considered a crisis client, in collections or are not allowed to schedule this would be very helpful.

Client Verification sheet
It would be very helpful if the client verification sheet or client verification (short) reports would list the member ID number and the Insured's name in the insurance section. We prefer to print these two versions when updating the client information as the Client Details list so much info and we have had clients question diagnosis and notes that print on that report. Thank you.

Update the 8030 report to be able to select a third sort to group. There is main and secondary and one more would be helpful.

Multiple Locations
It would be great if you could select more than one location for a client, similar to how you do in the Staff module. We have clients seeing multiple providers, and not necessarily at the same location. In order for all providers to be able to see the client's file/charting, we have to set the client's default location to [none], so some of our reports, etc are not accurate.

client portal app
Hello, it would be fabulous if Procentive had a app for our clients with client portal. most of our clients that need to use the client portal do not have access to a computer/tablet or larger device and so they need to do it on their smart phone. This would create a much user friendly option for our clients. thank you!

inappropriate log in page artwork
Hi, I sometimes appreciate and sometimes cringe at the artwork on the Procentive log in page. The image on there as of 6:18 pm today is flat out inappropriate. Please take it down and allow users to work in a professional environment.

Can we have the client's gender and ethnicity show in the printview of the client detail report?

Staff meetings being inadvertently deleted from all schedules
Creating a feature to lock a group/staff appointment in the Appointment Module that can only be changed/edited by the creator of the meeting would be helpful. We frequently will have staff delete a group meeting if they are not able to attend, which deletes it from all staff's schedules. If there was a way to prevent this from happening it would help to prevent a lot of frustration that comes about due to scheduling conflicts when this happens.

Public Templates
We would like to request the ability to create/save PUBLIC templates to be permissions based.
Preference would be if staff could only save private templates for themselves, which would help ensure the public templates that are being created are being done at a supervisory level.
