Another comment on this - with Staff Availability, we have the ability to enter a Label so we could label different chunks of availability as Telehealth or In-Person and clients could request appts accordingly - however those Labels do not transfer to client portal....
It seems this would be a simple way to accommodate this request.An error occurred while saving the comment Jana

I voted for this since it's related, but I would say expand this to appointments in general. I learned through a ticket that clients enrolled in Procentive's telehealth product have a camera logo on their appointments to indicate telehealth so it seems that feature could be copied to other customers.

This would save us from needing to copy messages to clinical-charting while providing quick-access to the communications.

The feature that sends up a warning of another client with the same name will not work unless those 3 pieces are entered. Another thought is to highlight first, last and DOB within quick-add - to at least call attention and hopefully those will be filled in more consistently and reduce creating duplicate records.
