video reminder in SMS messaging
It would be great for the SMS text reminders to patients to differentiate whether the appointment is scheduled as in person or telehealth appointment, as this is the preferred method of communication with most patients for reminder messages.

"Status" Drop Down
Would like to see the individual "status" drop down from time add reflected as the same drop down options for "status" down within the "Time" Module.

Faxes Module - Print Sent Faxes with Cover Sheet
We sometimes need a print/pdf version of our Sent Faxes (including details we typed in the cover sheet) for support/documentation of records releases or for reviewing/appealing billing issues. Since we are able to print Received faxes, could that be replicated for Sent Faxes?

835 upload
Would like to be able to upload or send a ticket with the 835 file for uploading so we do not have to manually enter the claim for the payers that do not send electronic remits. Optum/UMR has a couple areas that only send via Vpay and no ERA, we have to go to Optum pay and download the pdf, there is an 835 file available for download also but I am told Procentive cannot take those.

appointment audible notification
Currently after checking in a client who has arrived in the appointment, the appointment will flash indicating to the Therapist that their next client has arrived - It would be helpful to enhance this to also give an audible notification noise with the alert on top of the flashing.

Time Add Window
Time Add Window-option to close after first Service Line Added.
We have many staff that think they are "correcting" a service line but are adding additional service lines instead. I would like the option to have that window go away after hitting "save" and then anyone that needs multiple service lines can go back to the appointment. Having it as an option in Settings to stay up or go away would allow agency specific customization.2 votes -
ADMISSION
I am struggling with refiling older claims and having to delete "valid" discharge dates and Status codes informtion that was entered for newer claims.
I am hoping this can be claim specific instead of just under the admissions tab within the patient. It really makes it difficult to have to change the discharge information for refiled claims and then have to go back into the Admissions Tab and re-enter the discharge/status information so it's saved in the chart.

A report similar to the 1080 but would take into account any takebacks or takeback credits for each individual staff.

Electronic Module Advanced Search
I am a huge fan of the recent change to display BILLING staff name instead of Provider staff name on the Electronic Module page. With this new change in mind, I suggest adding "Staff" and "Reviewed" to the Advance Search parameters. This way, each biller could isolate the invoices they billed, and eliminate long lists of previously checked claims, allowing items to be easily sorted by other parameters.

Clinical/Charting View Report
Please create a report that provides all the same data points available when looking at the Clinical/Charting view, with all the same fields and data, but in an excel sheet. Preferably something that I can run for one or many providers and based on specific time periods.

The new Universal Service Standards require we document supervision.
In the Client module, Notes Tab, enter the following:

Clinical Supervision
Every 2 months, the licensed mental health professional completes case review of client when the client is receiving clinical services from a mental health practitioner or clinical trainee. Case review includes: (1) client's reason for seeking treatment, diagnoses and assessments, and treatment plan; (2) appropriateness, duration, and outcome of treatment; and (3) treatment recommendations.
It'd be great if there was a check box/dropdown of both the supervor and supervisee to avoid data entry.1 vote -
Organizing clinical documents
Organize clinical charting documents according to use. Not just alphabetically. Have the option to change the list of documents available to us according to how we use them in our own agency. Move items to top or bottom. Put new intake paperwork all together, move less used documents to the bottom or behind the scene for future use but not daily use, etc.

Show Multiple Emails in Client Detail Report
When clients have multiple emails listed in the phone tab, it would be great to see all of these in the client detail report view. Currently, only the primary email shows. Having a table similar to how multiple phone numbers are displayed in the client detail report would be helpful for staff who only have this view in the client module.

Is there anyway to not make clients chart/notes go inactive when the client is marked as inactive?
If not I'd like to suggest that. It would be helpful for when I'm looking for notes, sending records, checking to see if they have been in before, etc. Because currently I'm having to go into clinical/charting and open each note and make it active and that's very time consuming especially with bigger charts. Or even having a button that you can click that would make all their notes active again would be helpful

It would be incredibly helpful if when an appointment was created under the Procentive appointment module, that an email with a calendar invite could be sent to the clinician's email (if they opted into the service). Right now we're having to balance two calendars and things get missed or double booked.

Please create a setting we can turn on that Not bill a service line until both the clinician and supervisor have signed a document. We have audit ready turned on but that does not require both signatures, the supervisee can check audit ready and there is no stopping from it billing.

When have added a new location and we would like to bulk change multiple client to a different location

Please make processing insurance payers takebacks more automated.

auto pay credit card vault
Would like the option to schedule a monthly auto pay to charge the clients credit card saved in the vault for clients we have auto pay agreement with.
