full code details in change time window
Ability to see the full details of the code in or from the "Change Time" window (number, modifier, name, description, revenue code, value 24 code). In our agency, many codes have similar/identical number and revenue codes, but other details are different. Since this is all the Change Time window displays, it can be difficult to verify which code is used at a glance. Electronic Statements
Please adjust settings for clients that only want an estatement and not a paper copy. Currently, it's not true electronic statements, as the paper statements will still print for your clients. If you tell it to not print the statement for the client in the mail tab of the client's account, then it won't send it to the client's portal either.

Increasing character limit in Diagnosis Module
The character limit in the diagnosis module needs to be extended. Not all diagnosis that were added could be written in full due to a character limit.

Create a new report to identify what charts have been blocked to staff
There are charts that get staff access blocked and there are staff that block access from their staff however there is not a report that can be run to identify what client charts have been blocked. If there is a report created, this will help ease the process for running chart access reports on who should be accessing.

55 minute appointments
It would be very helpful if you added "55 minutes" to the drop-down options under Duration in Appointments (currently 45, 50 and 1 hour are options). Our sessions are usually 50 minutes or 55 minutes, not an hour, and there is a very important difference billing-wise between 50 and 55 minutes. This would be a very simple change on your end that would save us a lot of time with the repeated task of manually entering 55 minutes.

Block autofill
Wondering if there is a way for Procentive to "block" autofill from happening, if a user has it turned on in their browser settings? I know it's recommended to have it turned off, but curious, if this could be a fail safe, in case this step gets missed.

NewCrop Client Connection
Instead of clicking "Connect", could you have it like it is in other modules for Procentive, where you start typing part of the name in the Client text field and the drop down will sort by what you are typing. You can then select the correct client in the drop-down and it will link to that client and no need to select "Connect"

Use Families module to link portal accounts for family members
We should be able to use the families module to link client portal accounts in the same family so that only one login is needed and scheduling can all be done from one portal account.

More info displayed on browser tabs
Is it possible to add additional info to a browser tab when you hover over it? Example would be if you open up multiple documents for a client, it opens up additional tabs. You can hover over it and it show the clients initials and #. I'm wondering in this case, could Progress Note or Treatment Plan, etc be added to the text when you hover over it.

Ability to adjust billing time/units more specifically
There are a couple of codes that need to be billed as such:
bill 1 unit = 45 min and 2 units = 45-60 min
Need to be able to do more than what is currently possible.

Increased visibility on Admit & discharge info
Display and allow editing of Admit and Discharge info (including the "Day Code") on the X12 Claim Data Tab when billing (X12 opens from the "data" hyperlink that's on the "Confirm Invoices" window). Currently, this info is buried in the Change Client window, Admissions tab, and in the "Residential Days" window (opens from the "Edit Days" hyperlink that's on the "Change Time" window), or in the "Service" window (opens from lines in the Residential view of the Time Module). Department number
Adding a department number to staff profile - We see value in adding a place within the staff profile for a department number. And then being able to report off of the employee ID and this department number for revenue management.

It would be helpful to be able to upload multiple documents instead of needing to select one at a time.

More and advanced texting capabilities
We would love more texting capability since that is most clients' preferred mode of communication. This would include the ability to text a single client directly as well as ideally being able to run a report and send texts based on the results.

two factor
Hello, we are current client of Procentive and are requesting addition of two factor authentication when logging into Procentive. This feature is available on allmost all EMRs but not available in Procentive. This is something you would want to seriously consider as cyber security is of utmost importance in the current enra.

base codes and base modifiers to allow for multiple rates
Give us the ability to have set a base of codes and a set base of modifiers (both of these would not be attached to each other). So it would be more like a drop down system. We first select the code from a drop down. Then once we have that if a modifier(s) is needed, then we have separate dropdowns for modifiers. This would then allow for the multiple modifier combinations insurances use, but NOT require thousands of the same codes set up in the system. Sync Location with Availability.
When adding an appointment from the Staff Availability, have the appointment Location flow when the appointment is being created. Saves from human error and a click.

Failed Prescriptions
Please provide an alert that pops up in the ePrescribe module when a prescription fails, rather than having to click several places to figure this out. Some of the medications are not showing up on the failed tasks list and the only way they find out it has failed is because the patient is unable to pick up the medication and when the provider clicks on the "details" of the medication it shows it has failed.

1031 - Collections Report
This report also shows the $0 balance lines, when realistically the collection report should only show anything with balances, so please have an option to remove $0 balance lines or remove $0 balance lines altogether
