Redacting
We would like to have a way to respond to ROIs electronically to reduce staff time in finding each part of the record, printing it, redacting by hand, recopying and then sending out.

Dark Mode
Hi, I would like to suggest adding a user preference option of Dark Mode. This would ease the usage of Procentive for those of use with eyesight and headache issues. Comparable settings can be observed in Windows Office 365 and Google Chrome settings.
Thanks!

Client Portal Invite restriction
We've had an issue with multiple invites being sent to the same client. Hopefully there could be a limit on how many could received in a certain timeframe.

Confirmation email
We would like the ability to have the option to send a confirmation email when a client is added to an appointment

Block fax
It would be nice if you could block a phone number in the fax module. We have a number that keeps faxing to us that contains nothing

Clinical charting feature
It would be helpful if Procentive could reinstate the "Select All" option in the client charting module. This not only saved time when having to fax a client's record but also allowed us to quickly pull up the whole record in a PDF and then search for specific clinical material using Control-F in the PDF.

Client Module > Notes Tab
It would be helpful if there was a warning prior to deleting a Note. If you accidentally hit the delete button instead of edit (which are very close together), it's gone and you would need to try and remember what the note said to add it again.

Requiring a signature prior to sending out a claim
Creating this would help prevent human error and ensure documents are compliant.

Addition to Misc tab
In the Client's profile, Misc. tab, could an additional field be added, School District? Not only is school important but district is as well for reporting purposes.
In addition to this, also have this field pulled into the 3400 as well.

Flag the last in person visit
CMS is now requesting an in-person visit within certain time frames for those who are doing regular telehealth visits.
Is there a way we can flag this time line in Procentive so we can make sure we are following the rules?

Allow the Client's First and Last name to be colored in the appointment & client modules
We would like the option to change the color of the Client's first and last name in the Appointment & client module. The colored notes are not a very good option as you actually have to review them to see what it means. If we could change the color of the clients name when they are considered a crisis client, in collections or are not allowed to schedule this would be very helpful.

Client Verification sheet
It would be very helpful if the client verification sheet or client verification (short) reports would list the member ID number and the Insured's name in the insurance section. We prefer to print these two versions when updating the client information as the Client Details list so much info and we have had clients question diagnosis and notes that print on that report. Thank you.

Create a report that shows what documents in clinical charting have or do not have service lines and whether they have billed, and by what payer.

Being able to visibly see which codes require an auth, not just payer wide
You are able to set up a payer that requires an auth but not all codes require it. Wondering if it would be possible to set this up at the Payer level, Rates tab, Program/Codes tab? Or any of those tabs that have "Code" in it?
A basic "Yes/No" check box should suffice.
