private pay multiple cpt code pay rates
We have a sliding scale private pay option for our cash pay clients. If a rate is entered in client enrollment payer it charges that rate no matter the cpt code. We would like to set the charge rate based on cpt code (different rate for a 30 minute vs 60 minute session).

We use billing supervisors and we pay them a small commission on their supervised clinicians net earnings.

Add Start and End Dates to Billing Supervision
If there could be a date to and from field so that the system would be able to decipher if the date of service is in that time frame then it would know whether or not to pull the supervisor. This would need to be in the payers>rate>staff, this would need to be updated as the provider becomes credentialed and any outstanding claims that need to be resubmitted or processed would go out with the correct supervisor or vice versa based on the date range. Add change log to Resource Reservations (in Resources Module)
Can a change log be added to Resource Reservations (in Resources Module) the same as logs for regular appointments in Appts Module

Client Module Search by Client ID with first and last names
In the Client Module, search works with an ID number and a first OR last name, but not all three. Using all three provides no search results. Consider changing the search field to allow this with complete results listed.

Clients module search allow commas
In the Clients Module, if I copy and paste a client's name with a comma in it (e.g. 'last, first'), no result is returned. Since Procentive reports regularly display with this format, it would be helpful to use the data as-is when searching for the client.

Automate Invoices
Please automate invoices. We currently have to run report 3560 and click 'save a copy of these statements in the client module' for clients to view their invoice. If client balances were automated as Procentive receives payment from client's insurance this would save companies hours of time every week.

Verification Form Enhancements
Here are the items I would like to be added to the verification form:
Preferred name
Gender Identity
Sexual orientation
A release signed by the client for medical billing data related to the claim: the signature date on that (I did see that does pull onto the client detail, but would be too much for the purpose we would use the client verification form)
Race
Ethnicity
Preferred Language
The current medication under the medical tab if that could pull in

Diagnosis in Time add
It would be nice if the diagnosis that appear in the Time Add screen only show the diagnosis for the staff that is entering the service line, our providers assign their diagnosis in the clients module specific to them and the program, however when doing a Time Add once they select program it displays all diagnosis based on program not staff and program. Is there a way that this can be updated to highlight based on staff and program not just program? Many clients are shared but are seeing multiple providers for different services and diagnosis.

The shading on the 1030 report is so helpful in making the report readable. Please don't eliminate it in the 1031 upgraded version!

Increase Text Reminder Character Limit
We are requesting a text message character limit increase. Right now depending on length of client and staff name we are maxing out with as minimum characters as possible for text message reminders. Looking to have this increased to allow a more detailed message for their reminders so there isn't confusion.

Allow adding internal units for billing codes to weight for different reimbursement rates (not to travel on billing)
Please consider adding a space to assign units (15 min increments) to codes that do NOT travel on billing/invoices. We need this feature added so we can weight clinician compensation in accordance to the codes they bill. Some codes pay out higher per unit than others, and we want a way to compensate the clinicians for the increased revenue brought in.
Example:
Code 1: bill 1 unit only but is paid out at $250.00 (we want to give clinician credit for 4 units due to the higher reimbursement and non billable time spent on the code).In practice, we would…

How can we change payer without the system creating a new bill line?
When a new bill is created is there a way to upgrade the system so we can chose to replace the first Bill instead of having to adjust each line we have to rebill? Example, we originally bill the wrong insurance and we do not want to "Adjust" off the incorrect bill line as the adjustment reflects negatively on our reporting, we simply want to bill the correct payer. How can we do that without creating a whole new bill line, or select an option to reverse the original bill line.

Eligibility Module - add Appointment Type column
It would be helpful to have a column for Appt Type in the Eligibility Module because the process for intake client appts is different than for follow-up appts so this would help staff be able to process things appropriately for each type of appointment without needing to run a separate report to identify all the intakes, for example. And without needing to click into each appt on the eligibility list.

Is it possible to set up an alert to pop up on certain clients before scheduling or when opening their chart?
Times this would be helpful:
-generally increase communication between staff on important information needed with specific clients
-billing could set an alert if they are waiting on client information, which would be seen by other staff anytime they are with the client/scheduling with the client the phone
-alerts to be cautious if there specific scenarios around guardianship for the client

Alternate colors on "appointment" section of dashboard for easier viewing.
To make the appointments section of the dashboard easier to view, format with alternating colors. Or simply make each appointment line be able to be "clicked" on and therefore highlighted.

Group Note Enhancement
When adding a group note through clinical charting or in general, the client roster does not alphabetize to the clients, however adds them on how they are added to the group when getting to the group notes. When adding client's from the roster they are alphabetized but when going to add the note they are then unalphabetized and put in the order they are added to the group roster.

Activing and Inactivating Staff
It would be nice if the general admin/administrator positions or identified person to only be able to activate or inactivate staff so the process of user administrator can be streamlined to ensure privacy. Curently when you remove permisisons to inactivate/activate in the system, it removes access to inactivate/activate ALL areas of procentive, not specific to a module.
