  1. Clinician notification when documents are signed

    It would be helpful for clinicians to be notified when documents are signed via the client portal, this way they would not have to guess or go under clinical charting to see if the document has been signed by the client. Notification could be done by ticket or by email, this would be extremely helpful and eliminate the guess work of who has signed what documents.

    Waiting List in Appts - sortable
    It would be great to be able to sort using the column headers in the waiting list to be able to more quickly find clients who've been on the waiting list the longest when an appointment becomes available.

  3. Ticket Templates

    It would be great if you could program in templates for tickets - a lot of the tickets that our admin/billing staff send are repetitive. It would be a huge time saver just pick from a list of common ones/fill in the blanks instead of typing them out every time.

  5. Time Module Charting

    I am wondering if it is possible to add the ability to add multiple time entries to a service line. Looking to be able to create one service line but document if the client were to leave in the middle of the group. For example, a group that goes from 8:00 am to 9:00 am but the client was out for 20 minutes during that group, resulting in two time entries that would read 8:00 am to 8:20 am and 8:40 am to 9:00 am.

  6. Online pay now button for our website

    Get a pay now button on our agency website so clients can pay without an account UN and PW. Let them use two data points, like client last name and DOB and simply make a payment. They also may create an account form the same link so they can set up a recurring payment. Have it link to and integrate with Procentive. Rev/Spring currently has these capabilities but does not integrate with Procentive.

  8. Term Dates

    Field options for Term Dates within all modules.

    1) Patient insurance changes - would be nice to be able to term insurance coverages, and show only active payers when viewing accounts

    2) Payer Module - Enter term dates for old or unused payers. Still would like to view in reporting and to be able to carry a balance.

    3) Programs - Enter term dates for old or unused programs. Still would like to view in reporting and to be able to view patients still enrolled in an unused program (if applicable).

  10. Client Billing Statement Auto Email default to checked

    When a client creates their portal account the send statement box is NOT checked in their portal by default, therefore they are not getting billing statements emailed to them even though I have checked in our account settings that we do want statements emailed.
    I have had to run a report each month for all new portal sign ups and manually select this box.
    This is not a good use of my time as I feel that should be automatically set up when the client creates their account, that is the main reason may of our clients create their portal,…

  11. kiosk multiple copies of same form

    I would like an enhancement feature that adds a drop down menu next to forms being kiosked to the client portal, that allows mutliple copies of the same form to be added, rather than the current system of manually adding that same form multiple times. Our consent forms only need to be added once, but we're always adding multiple release forms, as we request client medical records from several providers for each client.

  12. Client self-scheduling

    Could an option be added so that a client cannot schedule/request an appointment for the same day? For example, the client can only see appointments that are available 24hrs out from the time that they are looking at available appointments?

    This is a common feature in other EHR platforms that offer client self-scheduling and it ensures there are no last minute surprise appointments. It creates more work to notify a client that the requested appointment will not be honored if made the same day it was requested than it is to not have it available as an option.

    It would be great if there were an easier way to archive messages than the current open-each-one-and-check. A method as exists for email would be far preferable.

  14. age and status of bill/claim

    I would like to see a report that would show the bill/claims that you have submitted, the age of each submission as well as the status (denied, pending, closed, etc...). I would also like to see a dashboard showing that I have 25 bills that are 20 days old, I can click on that and then follow up with those claims to get status. For inventory management and cycle time monitoring I see this as very valuable.

  15. Add Member ID Ang Group # to 1010 and 1370

    It would be incredibly helpful if the 1010 and 1370 reports included field options for the insurance Member ID and group #. These fields are available on the 1310, and are very useful, but the 1310 can only pull invoice lines that have an outstanding balance, and it does not show payment information.

    Having this data included on the 1010 and 1370 would save a lot of time when communicating consistent issues with payers, and allow us to more easily identify groups that could help us pinpoint issues or reach out for marketing possibilities.

  16. More and advanced texting capabilities

    We would love more texting capability since that is most clients' preferred mode of communication. This would include the ability to text a single client directly as well as ideally being able to run a report and send texts based on the results.

  18. get password warnings (1 week, 1 month) ahead of time to warn that passwords for expiring

    That way you could change it right away or before it expires so you are not stuck and locked out of Procentive when your system administrator is not available.

  19. Emailing/Kiosking Forms

    When a clinical document is sent through kiosk or kiosk to email, it would be great if the option that shows up at the bottom to click Next was changed to Submit instead. Right now, the client clicks on the link to get into the form and then at the bottom they have a Next button which really submits the form. It would make more sense for the person completing the form if the button said Submit instead of Next.

  20. Full Code on 1310 Report

    When we run the 1310 Unpaid Service Lines in Excel, the Code Column is not complete. It is missing the description. The Code Box does show the full code name. Is there a way for this information to also populate on the report?
