  2. Associating Form Groups with Programs

    I was wondering if it might be possible to add a “Form Group” selector in that window which would allow me to associate program codes with multiple forms at once. This feature is very slow to respond so it takes forever as I update program codes for each of our forms one-by-one

    Be able to duplicate document in multiple files. i.e. we scan the main client ID in client>payers>documents, yet we have to do that for each client so in a family situation this can be 4 to 5 times, and couples 2 times. We currently scan and save to desk top them load the documents; however, it would be great if there was a button that said "Duplicate to other Clients" and allow you to either place the other client numbers or just duplicate on all other files were the client is the primary payer.

  4. Inpatient -non billable

    Hello,
    I recently generated a ticket with the following content

    Currently our clinicians are coding groups and individual sessions through the time module as inpatient non-billable. They are to check that the default button is checked and/or to change the coding should it read something like - group psycho-therapy. There continues to be times when the clinician does not notice the proper code and will generate a note with the wrong code which will effect billing downstream.
    I would like to know if there is a way to have the inpatient non-billable function default for every note entered.

  5. Automatic Duplex Scanning

    When we scan a document directly into the client note, it is only coming up one-sided unless we check the duplex box. I wonder if there is a way to make this the default because most of our documentation is double-sided. I reached out to Dymasoft, and they said it would be something that would have to be changed by Procentive; this would be helpful!

  7. Remove copy link/feature

    We have received several notices from CMS and other payers about document cloning which using a feature like copy in the EHR is a main subject they talk about. We are trying to ensure that providers are documenting appropriately, when this copy feature is available they can choose to copy the complete note and not make any changes to it. We hope that providers are documenting appropriately for what they are billing however fraud is being detected by audits due to allowing this type of feature in EHR's.   8. client portal medical

    when you have a client open, in the client module, at the bottom is a feature CLIENT PORTAL MEDICAL there is ALOT of great features for our nursing staff. However, there is no way to extract all of the information in those tabs. This would be great information for us to be able to pass on when other facilities are requesting medical records, as we cannot pass on the medical records of our client as they are seen at the local clinic.

  9. Report for setting of staff setting for: disable messaging for Client Portal

    It would be helpful to be able to run a report to see which staff have the messaging disabled for the client Portal.

    Right now we have to go staff by staff to see what its set at.

  10. Messaging Flash for other employees who have access

    It would be great if the messaging module would flash for an employee that I have given access to my messaging, when I get a message. That way they will know there is a new message instead of just having to constantly look in there to catch new messages.

  11. dashboard tickets deafult

    When a new staff is hired, tickets in the client dashboard do not show up unless or until they manually add numbers to the filter.

    If they forget to go in and change the dashboard, they see no client tickets and often think there are none...

    That has been a problem for us.

    Can you fix that? It's the only field on the dashboard that works this way...

  12. print medication list

    In Clinical Charting we are able to enter a medication list into they system and it is a thorough list that we like, however it does not have a print feature and control P does not print the entire page.

  13. Ticket editing

    We would like our tickets sent within our agency to have the same restrictions as tickets sent to Procentive. Currently, staff may edit the Title and Description at any time - regardless of whether or not they created the ticket. This can cause confusion when attempting to get things corrected by staff - if the original ticket information is able to be edited by someone other than the sender. Thank you!

  14. thera-LINK messaging feature added to integrated option

    It would be helpful to have access to the 'messaging' option that thera-LINK utilizes on their site (for clinicians to communicate securely with clients at any time, in addition to the 'chat' feature that is available during sessions) within the integrated option that thera-LINK and Procentive have developed. At this time, the messaging feature is only available if you have thera-LINK separately from Procentive - it is not offered in the integrated option.

  15. Attaching messaging

    Is it possible to be able to attach a fax to the client/payer from messaging the same way as we can from the fax queue instead of only the option to attach to clinical or documents? In documents, you have to resave then go to client/payer to upload manually. Extra steps.
    I have attachments/examples but don't see a place to upload them like in ticketing here.

  16. Drop down locations for printing

    Drop down listing all locations under one system so when we print summaries, demographics, etc., the correct location prints at the top of whatever form we print.

  17. Log in alert

    We'd appreciate a log in alert which could be created when a specific staff logs in to their Procentive account. This would be especially helpful with many remotely working staff during COVID and beyond.

  18. Residential Report

    On the "Residential Report" (accessed through the Residential view in the time module): Ability to set the sort by different parameters: alphabetical by client name, by primary payer, or admit date. Or if the default sort was one of these instead of current default. This would make it more useful when comparing it with other pages and reports in Procentive.

    Instead of re-directing to the "Try Again" page, can a mis-typed username or password result in the user staying on the same page, with the ability to edit what was previously entered? We don't have a password manager and I often fat-finger my typing here. It's a small gesture, but I'd appreciate the time saving step of not having to re-enter from scratch.

  20. Prevent mirroring of video during video session appointments

    Prevent video display from being mirrored during telehealth video sessions. Currently the image is reversed, which can be very distracting for participants.
