  1. audit ready sorting

    At the end of a day I can see all service lines entered in the time module. The progress notes marked 'audit ready' get a check mark over the note image signifying they are complete and ready for billing. Billing only happens once these are checked.

    If that column could sort, therapists could view which notes are not yet 'audit ready' and see what needs to be completed quickly.

    Is there anyway to add this field to the Time-Add window?

  3. Contracting & Re-credentialing Maintenance

    • We would like to house our payer, provider, and facility contracting and credentialing updates, renewals, and due dates.
    • Would it be an option to utilize an due date feature for upcoming recredentialing for our locations.
    • An option to identify dates for when payer contracts became effective.

  4. Flag the last in person visit

    CMS is now requesting an in-person visit within certain time frames for those who are doing regular telehealth visits.

    Is there a way we can flag this time line in Procentive so we can make sure we are following the rules?

  5. Add a warning or stop billing on/beyond discharge date.

    I believe it is a very high priority to create an edit/stop within Procentive that will flag/stop/prevent a claim being billed beyond the discharge date or better yet, on the discharge date, per billing guidelines for Institutional claims. Billing should not be done for the day of discharge.

  6. Client portal invites or messages from portal need to have some sort of client info detailing who it's for, ie client # and initials.

    Parents with multiple children in therapy have no idea which client portal invites or messages (Procentive generated emails) are for which person. Emails need to include something, like initials of clients, so parents know which family member it's for. I had to help a mom fix usernames and client portal access for all 4 of her kids bc of Procentive emails being generic.

  8. Enhancement to Notes

    Requesting to add either an open text field or drop down option in Notes. We would like to utilize codes to identify adjustments and over-payments, denials etc. This field will also need to be added to the 50010 report for auditing purposes. I have attached the codes we are looking implement among the billing, collection, and cash posting staff.

  9. Since co-pays are paid and posted on the day of service, we would like the system to automatically account for that when the ERA comes in. e

    Since co-pays are paid and posted on the day of service, we would like the system to automatically account for that when the ERA comes in.
    e.g. client owes and pays $30 co-pay for a $200 claim
    ERA pays $45, sets $30 to PR-3, and $125 to CO-45.

    We would like the system to NOT bill an additional $30 to client upon saving.

  10. Discount applying to secondary insurance claim

    When using the expected revenue feature, it would be nice if the discount wasn't applied to the secondary insurance. Right now if there is $150 that needs to be send to the secondary insurance for a deductible, the system still looks to that payers expected revenue and applies another discount to the bill. I would be nice if this didn't happen for secondary insurances. Possibly a rule within the client's payers that allows us to choose not to use the expected revenue if it's a secondary insurance?

  11. Add a column in the Clients Module for email address

    Procentive does not have a report where we can generate a list of Active clients on a given clinician's caseload. In other words, the clinician should be Actively associated with the client. Currently, the reports generate a list of clients who have the clinician listed in the staff tab, regardless of whether or not they are currently Actively associated with the client (i.e. the Active box is unchecked). Essentially, we need information to pull from the clinician's Active caseload in the Clients Module so that we can quickly generate a list and communicate with a provider's caseload, in the event…

  12. Late cancels/ No shows Tracking

    Our policy is 3 no shows or late cancels in a calendar year and then you go to same week scheduling or our cancelation waitlist. The system has it set to show the amount of no shows or late cancels in the last 365 days. We would like to have the option to change that to a calendar year.

  13. Be able to compare more than 1 day for staff appointment calendar

    When comparing schedules between practitioners in order to schedule an appointment without conflicts, it only shows one day from each. It would be nice to compare weeks.

  17. Kiosk

    Requesting to have the option of kiosking forms to either the client portal or directly to an email address. Right now you have to choose one or the other for your entire agency.

    It would be nice for situations where 2 parents are both completing the same forms for their child (client representative option gets too confusing/complicated), or if someone is having technical difficulties with registering/signing in to the portal, it would be great to be able to send via email as a last resort.

  18. Custom Reports

    Please incorporate a Custom Reports option where staff can run reports by selecting specific field criteria as not all standard reports within Procentive cover what you are looking for. Procentive should be able to pull what you tell it to for a report. I've not used a program before where this is not an option.

  19. Electronic Module add Notes Tab to log rejection

    Is there a way in the Electronic Module you can add the Notes tab to add a note? It would be so helpful to make a note on a rejection vs having to go back into each report mode batch to see what it was and who it was for and easier to check if it has been resolved.

  20. It would be nice to be able to upload a file when creating a ticket -

    I can't find where you can upload when creating a ticket, that you have to send the ticket, then open and attach the upload. It would be nice to be able to upload when creating the ticket.
