  1. Add Location to Payment window in ERA Module

    From the ERA module, when the New Payment window opens, it does not have a location drop down in this window.

    Is there a way to add the location drop down to this window or to make it look like it does when you add a new payment in the Payments module?

  2. notes and ticket image in TIME module for group and individual

    Is it possible in the Time module group view (especially) to add a column or place to enter 'pink notes' like we can in the Payments module? It could be near the Reviewed column.

    Also, can you add a 'ticket' image when there are tickets created out of service line so other staff (who have permissions to see them) would know there is already a ticket attached to a service line or group service line?
    This would be similar to how there is a ticket image in client module when there is a open ticket already associated with a client.…

  3. Programs/Groups Tab on Client Module to Show Programs/Groups for Client's Location ONLY (Instead of Agency-Wide Programs/Groups)

    Our agency offers different programs to our clients and need the Programs/Group tab under the Clients Module to reflect only the programs and groups for that client's particular program.

    It gets VERY convoluted when every group for every program/location shows up on a client's chart on the clients module.

  4. Ability for clients to fill out "Form Group" docs individually

    It would be great if we could send a "form group" out to clients to fill out on the portal (so we can include all relevant docs i.e. intake paperwork with just one click) but the clients can fill out the forms individually instead of having to click through all the forms in one sitting. At our clinic we have been having issues with clients not realizing all intake documents are included in the same "link" or "document" via the portal or kiosk, so they only end up filling out a portion of the needed documents.   6. Please add Ticket search feature by "New" or " Added to"

    Please add a way to search tickets by just new ones that are the cause the Ticketing Module to flash. It is difficult when you get added to a ticket and you can't locate it, especially if it's an older one.

  7. Portal Payments

    In Payments Module > View: Payments > Show: Private Pay Only, it would be nice if the little pink notes that say 'Payment made by client via Client Portal.' could be a different color than notes manually added by staff. It's a pain to look through all them for important info about where to allocate, etc when most of them are just the Client Portal Payment notes.

  8. Change Time Entry - Active vs Inactive Diagnosis Codes

    When in the Billing Module and a claim errors out in the Change Time Window it would be nice that on the diagnosis tab, that it lists whether a diagnosis code is active vs inactive, so that when you are trying to fix the error, you don't mistakenly select an inactive Diagnosis code for the client.

  10. Client portal invites or messages from portal need to have some sort of client info detailing who it's for, ie client # and initials.

    Parents with multiple children in therapy have no idea which client portal invites or messages (Procentive generated emails) are for which person. Emails need to include something, like initials of clients, so parents know which family member it's for. I had to help a mom fix usernames and client portal access for all 4 of her kids bc of Procentive emails being generic.

  11. Inpatient -non billable

    Hello,
    I recently generated a ticket with the following content

    Currently our clinicians are coding groups and individual sessions through the time module as inpatient non-billable. They are to check that the default button is checked and/or to change the coding should it read something like - group psycho-therapy. There continues to be times when the clinician does not notice the proper code and will generate a note with the wrong code which will effect billing downstream.
    I would like to know if there is a way to have the inpatient non-billable function default for every note entered.

  12. Automatic Duplex Scanning

    When we scan a document directly into the client note, it is only coming up one-sided unless we check the duplex box. I wonder if there is a way to make this the default because most of our documentation is double-sided. I reached out to Dymasoft, and they said it would be something that would have to be changed by Procentive; this would be helpful!

    Just wondering if it's possible to freeze column headers, specifically for the Trial Balance Report. It can get confusing when scrolling down and not remembering which column you might be looking at.

  14. It would be nice to be able to upload a file when creating a ticket -

    I can't find where you can upload when creating a ticket, that you have to send the ticket, then open and attach the upload. It would be nice to be able to upload when creating the ticket.

  15. uploaded documents not reflected on client dashboard fax log

    When we fax from within a document along with any uploaded documents, the 'fax log' within that document shows both the holding document AND the uploaded documents in the fax log (appropriately), however on the Fax Log on the client dashboard, this does not reflect any uploaded documents faxed. Could these both reflect the same documentation and reflect the complete fax that was sent? We have sent faxes where we ONLY sent an uploaded document and that did not show on the dashboard at all which caused a lot of confusion and a lot of time searching for that documentation…

  18. Report 4020

    Is there a way to get Report 4020 to be able to be pulled by Location?

    We are looking at our payer mixes by location and this report would do just that, but it will only allow me to run it by date of service.

    In the Client Portal Manager module, it used to work that, if you navigated away from that module but then navigated back or if you refreshed the page, it would still show the same patient. The system no longer works like that, which is inconvenient.

  20. Electronic Signature for Clients in the Portal

    It would be really helpful if clients could use a digital signature for forms in the Client Portal....similar to what is used in Clinical Charting. We are always receiving forms with no signatures.
