  1. workflow non primary staff

    It would be wonderful if Workflow's could be sent to all "active" staff associated with a client and not just to the primary staff assigned. We have multiple clients who are receiving a variety of services from multiple staff in multiple programs. If only one staff receives a workflow, this is very limiting. If we strive to set up a workflow to go to a "non-primary staff" apparently workflow cannot decipher between a staff who is marked as "active" and one who is marked as "inactive".   2. Enable the Place of Service or "Place" to display and be retained in the Service - Work window

    In the Time Module, group view, when I double click to open a group, the pop-up window "Service - Work" that shows all the client lines and other data for that group session. The "Place" field is always set to "select.." regardless of what was previously selected. If I update it, the lines in the Individual view reflect the change, but the group view still just shows "select.."

  3. Authorization control on claims

    We just billed a batch of claims to BHF/CCDTF, but they went out with an authorization number from the client's retro-termed PMAP insurance. Suggestion: Beyond the warning pop-up "Make sure you check the amounts tab for the correct rate, client responsiblity (copay), etc.", build in a control that ensures the Authorization field is pulling from the Payer being billed. I can currently select any authorization available through any payer as long as it matches the code.

  4. Time out

    On a daily basis, Procentive appears to "Time Out" without warning or explanation. If I've been logged in for a while, things stop working normally - it just gets glitchy and I can tell I have to log out and back in again to resume normal functioning. Some signs: in the time module, when I click on the "More Clients" button, my name is selected in the "Clients for" field. It normally defaults to [All]. It will also appear to be saving something, take forever to process, and never actually save. If I persist in working without logging out and…

  5. Client Module>Contact Tab>need upload Link

    On the Contacts tab, this would be an EXCELLENT place to be able to upload a ROI. This Upload link would be offered on the same line as the information you added for Contacts, Release Date, Referral, Notes, etc...

    Typically we need an ROI for the information that would be stored on this tab, so it only makes sense to provide a link to actually upload the actual release too!

  6. Commission Report

    We recently had an intern change over to being a contracted provider. This means that we changed their commission from zero to an actual percentage. When we ran the commission report, it showed the total amount they would have earned had they been getting paid previously as an intern. Obviously, we only wanted to pay them for services starting from the time the commission percentage was changed. We were told that we have to calculate the commission manually using an excel spreadsheet and copy and pasting. This seems to be a glitch in functionality that Procentive should address. Thanks!

  7. ssis workgroup

    For our adult mental health targeted case management accounts, we are required to open an SSIS workgroup number. We're hoping to add this somewhere in the Clients module, Payers tab, in order to better track what accounts still need the workgroup opened with the county.

  8. Admissions tab data flow into Billing

    Only select admissions with matching dates and Program. Currently appears to select any line with a matching date span. This has caused claims to deny.

  9. Residential Report

    On the "Residential Report" (accessed through the Residential view in the time module): Ability to set the sort by different parameters: alphabetical by client name, by primary payer, or admit date. Or if the default sort was one of these instead of current default. This would make it more useful when comparing it with other pages and reports in Procentive.

  10. Electronic Signature for Clients in the Portal

    It would be really helpful if clients could use a digital signature for forms in the Client Portal....similar to what is used in Clinical Charting. We are always receiving forms with no signatures.

    Instead of re-directing to the "Try Again" page, can a mis-typed username or password result in the user staying on the same page, with the ability to edit what was previously entered? We don't have a password manager and I often fat-finger my typing here. It's a small gesture, but I'd appreciate the time saving step of not having to re-enter from scratch.

  13. Time Module view settings, 90 day span error

    The current interface in the time module immediately 1) responds to each selection - date, staff, payer, etc as soon as it's selected and 2) has certain parameters that restrict the options in subsequent selection options. I suggest 1) Have a "Submit" button users can press once all desired parameters are selected. This avoids the blinking/flashing update every time users change a setting, as well as the date error that routinely appears.

  14. Add Warning in Billing Module for Travel Code

    Similar to the message that appears when the Interactive Complexity code 90785 does not have a primary service code to bill with:
    WARNING (you will not be able to submit this electronically): The code 90785 must be billed with 90791, 90792, 90832, 90834, 90837, 90833, 90836, 90838, 99201-99255, 99304-99337, 99341-99350, 90853, or H2035.

  15. Expired Diagnoses should not flow to service lines

    It would be a time saver and good technology if expired diagnoses did not flow to service lines. I know if marked Inactive they will not flow, but that is an extra step to identify and mark them Inactive when they are already invalid(inactive) based on the expiration date. This would save time because currently the expired diagnoses flow to service lines (making it appear there is a valid diagnosis/es), staff take time to complete the service line and not until they click Save do they get an error for no valid diagnosis.

  16. Contracting & Re-credentialing Maintenance

    • We would like to house our payer, provider, and facility contracting and credentialing updates, renewals, and due dates.
    • Would it be an option to utilize an due date feature for upcoming recredentialing for our locations.

    You know how the dates of the month are on the top of the calendar?

  19. Pronouns

    We would like to have the "Gender Identity" section from the Client Information Module appear on the right-hand side bar that comes up when you select a client appointment. This will help anyone who is viewing the appointment or client information know proper pronouns to use.

  20. window/content sizing

    Through the program as a whole:
    (1) Enable the content to flex to fit a given window size and/or
    (2) Set the default pop-up window size large enough to fit all contents without scrolling sideways.

    Some examples of pages where this would benefit are:
    1. The residential time module calendar (opens by default to show just the first half of the month)
    2. The main time module page (have to scroll over to see the drop-down for individual/group/residential view unless the main window is full screen, which is not always convenient)
